5 The Background Established by Mr Hemal Joshi, Founder & CEO, in with a modest infrastructure, capital and a small team with the aim to provide comprehensive solutions for Hospitals and Nursing Homes in India with specific emphasis on Critical Care area. The CEO Mr Hemal S Joshi is a qualified Electronics Engineer (B.E.) with specialization in Bio-Medical Instrumentation followed by MBA in Marketing Management, having a very effective and rich experience in managing business since last 15 years and has spent his entire career in Healthcare field only.

6 Starting with his professional career with M/s Core Healthcare Limited, Ahmedabad in 1998, handled the range of critical care products imported USA and Israel, Successful Distribution of various companies including - SAIME, France ; MPV-Truma, Germany ; Elltec, Japan ; L&T Medical, India ; Maquet, Sweden; Sonosite, USA, etc. The core strength of Asiatic Group since its foundation has been a techno-managerial CEO driven organization, professional ethics, modesty and sincerity in approach, efficient and effective after sales services, and long term relationship based approach to all stakeholders viz principals, distributors, customers and employees.
