This set-up was established in the year of 2004 and was involved in distribution of Fast Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG. Initially, the Company started with only one brand PALM with just few products and now it has reached in to a level of more than 1000 SKU s spread in 16 world class brands. With a worthwhile reputation in the industry and efficient working methods, it took just a very short span of time for SKY TOWER to become a prominent & well known name in the FMCG industry in GCC and in UAE in particular. Since the inception, the Company has developed its core competencies in each and every year. The Company has substantially enhanced its focus on (I) improving the efficiencies, (ii) introducing high value added products, (iii) debottlenecking existing capacities, (iv)strengthening sales and marketing (v) developing excellent HR practices. Though we have started facing different issues in cleaning and hygiene life we have not found a single shop that can cater to the requirements of our cleaning & hygiene issues. We have identified lot of task-oriented problems on daily life where in fact we are really inviting problems without a proper clean& hygiene life style. A cleaning is not just a wiping, but its a process where we need to make sure that the bacteria s and viruses are removed properly to have a healthy life style. To have an advisable healthy life style we need to use the proper products in the proper place. We can have a healthy lifestyle by implementing a proper cleaning and hygiene plans in to our daily life. The next issue is where we get these products for our requirements.we will not able to find the exact solutions in Supermarkets or Hardware shops and some times we need to visit many shops to find some, but still there is no complete solution. Distribution is facilitated through multiple warehousing and retail outlets. We have warehouse facilities in Dubai Muscat & Doha. Using these geographical points we can guarantee goods will be delivered on time and reduce any unforseen back orders or down time. Our expected delivery time frame is within 24 to 48 hours from when orders are placed. Urgent, unforseen orders will be dealt with fast and efficiently within the same time frame or sooner, Saturday to Thursday and if required, weekend deliveries can also be carried out. All products and equipment are ensured for delivery and are guaranteed to arrive on time and in perfect condition. All stock items from initial order will be maintained on hand with the minimum two (2) months stocks at all times.
