4 Management Rolf Hahn Rolf Mundinger Until 2002, when the two directors took over pema electrotechnik gmbh, they occupied different management positions in various international companies. With the Know-How acquired, they set the foundations for a continuous development of the group of companies around pema electrotechnik gmbh. They had developed new strategies to offer products and to win new partners and new markets.

5 Management Romania Laura Moga Ioan Moga In 2007, the management of the company was taken over by Laura Moga and Ioan Moga. Based on their qualifications and experience, they were able to cover all important areas. Both speak german, this making a smooth communication between the romanian and german companies.

6 Milestones 1974 pema elektrotechnik gmbh was founded as specialist for wire harnesses and trading 2002 Management-buy-out by Rolf Hahn und Rolf Mundinger. Developing new strategy to offer products to win new customers and new business areas 2006 Founded pema electrotehnic srl in Romania to expend and increase more production capacity 2011 Developing pema electrotehnic srl by taking over a production space of 2500m². Implementing the US "company sharing" system and automatically creating a new production section in the field of plastic injection, creating 107 jobs pema electrotehnic srl becomes the only distribution partner in Romania for Flexa wiring protection systems pema electrotechnical srl starts its production activity in the new factory, whose construction started as a result of the increase of the number of customers and implicitly of the orders. Equipped with modern technology, the new square meters site includes offices, production areas and storage areas, locker rooms, dining rooms, product verification laboratories and specialized personal corresponding to each field of activity.
