4 Overview: There will be formed Technical Board (TB) (one representative from each partner). Responsibilities of Technical Board: To oversee project evaluations and quality assessments To work closely with the lead partner in order to ensure proper governance and project quality The quality of project activities and project reporting The quality of language translations of specific intellectual outputs Contributing to quality promotion at an international level Will discuss during each meeting planned, with all partners

5 The external assessor: Will conduct quality assessment throughout the lifetime of the project Will be encouraged to engage with the online Community of Practice as part of this process. Will provide quality briefings to the lead partner and reports with recommendations for any quality enhancements.

26 Quality of promotional materials Communication and dissemination activities of the project will adhere to the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan of the project. All promotional materials will reflect the visual identity of the project and the Erasmus+ Programme. The project coordinator (AUT) is responsible for coordination activities related to dissemination plan while PUT is leader of Work Packages. The draft versions of materials will be sent to all partners for comments and suggestions, before printing, publishing and distribution. The materials will be disseminated by all project partners at events which are relevant to reach the project s target group.

27 Quality of websites and other electronic tools The project envisages setting up the public web-site and GRADUA platform as intranet tool for project management. Facebook & Instagram pages either in the form of the fan pages or the group, will be established, in order to ensure project s visibility in the social media sphere. All representation tools will be continuously updated by the partners and are intended to effectively communicate the results of the project. PUT will be responsible for setting up, maintaining the Gradua web-site with all information and materials received from project partners and will perform analogous activities on the Facebook. All partners are asked to promote Gradua project on their websites and other electronic tools (such as: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles/groups, newsletters, etc.) by providing short description of the project, logo and link to Gradua website.

28 Conclusions Cooperation among partners has been sufficient, and all the partners seem to be committed as regards their own tasks. The project has been recognized to have great importance for the modernization of universities and improvement of their services. Disseminating and communicating activities must be maintained over the years to achieve sustainability after the life-cycle of the project. It is necessary to establish and strengthen the link between universities and business community with real cooperative activities that build up skills and enhance employment opportunities for graduates

29 Conclusions from the coordinator The partnership agreements were signed and grant amounts will be transferred to each partner. The activities planned in the first period of the Projects have been carried out: background paper decoding tables, both GEO and supply educational programmes for each University drafting the dissemination plan participation in the first pre- training activities questionnaire definition and technical architecture of the future platform.
