Vendor EEL on the AP Invoice entry screen was updated to allow a vendor to be searched by vendor name, name key, vendor ID, SSN, or TIN/EIN. The Excel option on the Fixed Asset Data Mining browse now exports the fields properly into separate columns. Previously, some of the fields were combined into one Excel column. When an asset with multiple source expense accounts is being updated with an import, the imported file now passes validation when using the BMI or Tab Delimited formats. The file will now also pass validation if the file contains a vendor with just a valid name type--not necessarily a Vendor ID. An option has been added to the Fixed Asset Import screen to require the process to generate a warning if Floor, Room, or Department is not on the corresponding code table. If the option is unchecked, warnings are not generated when Floor, Room, or Department is not on the corresponding code table. When the option is checked, the process will work the same as prior to this change, so that if Floor, Room, or Department is not on the corresponding code table, the preview process will generate a warning message. Note: When this option is checked and there is a default value flagged to be used for the field with the warning assigned to the selected layout, the default will be used (same way as prior to this change).

3 WF\FA\IE\IM\IF Web Financial Management/Fixed Assets/Data Imports/Imports/Import Fixed Assets Web Missing assets processed during TAB-DEL import The Web Fixed Assets Import has been updated to support processing of records marked as missing on the import file (TAB-DEL and BMI-IMP layouts), consistent with PaC. When TAB-DEL or BMI-IMP layouts are used to import Fixed Assets, the file may specify the import status as missing (?M?). When there are missing records on the import file, the Web import now processes these correctly. Records marked as missing will not be imported, and this information is available for the user in the Warning/Exception column of the preview browse. The Import List and Exceptions reports will not list these records. The Update Process will not process these records (consistent with PaC). Additionally, when the BMI-IMP layout is used, the Update List import will not include the missing records, and the Print Asset Not on Import file will print the missing records as not on file (consistent with PaC) WF\FA\PS\UT\FA\BA Web Financial Management/Fixed Assets/Product Setup /Utilities/Fixed Asset Processing Options/Build Assets From Invoices PaC and Web Filter does not save exclude ranges correctly 1. Account filter programs now look up and save the correct dimension for exclude/include filter details. Previously, when attempting to store a detail range for FUNCTION for expense accounts in a database using account structure?iiil,? the wrong dimension number was saved on the detail range record. 2. Type is now correctly excluded from the list of available dimensions for which to add a filter detail range. 3. When adding a new filter, the master fields are initialized to open, avoiding the incorrect error message when adding an exclude/include detail range. 4. In Edit mode, only the ranges may be changed, not the dimension. If the range needs to be added to a different dimension, please delete and re-add the detail, selecting the correct dimension the second time, which is consistent with the way PaC works WF\PU\MR\RE\RQ Web Financial Management/Purchasing/My Requisition Processing/Requisition/Requisiti ons Web Two requisitions merged together Validation has been added to prevent the merge of an ecommerce requisition with a non-ecommerce requisition: ecommerce programs may not edit non-ecommerce requisitions; ecommerce requisitions may not be submitted if not all detail lines are ecommerce.

The browse also loads properly when it is accessed from the Requisitions "Clone from Purchase Order" option WF\VE\TB\TE Web Financial Management/Vendors /Vendor Browse/Profile Tabs/1099 PaC and Web Add A/P contact print on check option A new option called "Print A/P Contact on A/P Check and Voucher" is available on the Vendor Profile 1099 tab. The default setting for this option is checked, since checks and vouchers currently print Accounts Payable contacts. Un-checking the option will exclude the specified contact on checks and vouchers. The option can also be accessed in the Vendor browse under the 1099 Information node, as well as the PaC Vendor Master Setup tab. Previously, it was necessary to enter additional pay codes manually. Advance custom forms with a decimal field now show zeros after the decimal point. Previously, when printing the custom form, the zeros were being removed. PaC Mass Add An error stating that the pool does not exist will no longer appear Employees to IT pool when selecting a pool that has a description greater than thirty description characters long. Web Paid time showing as unpaid Paid time off now displays properly under the Paid Hours Off column for Workweek Totals in Employee Profile. Previously, all time off hours were displaying under Unpaid Hours Off column WH\AF Web Human Resources/Advanced Features/Name Maintenance Web New menu ID for processing lists Processing Lists are now accessible through Web Human Resources > Advanced Features > Processing Lists. Menu IDs have been added to this area to allow for setup in security groups. Previously, users could access Processing Lists throughout the software; however, it did not have its own area.

This is to assist with converting Progress clients over to Qmlativ. It helps prioritize which reports need to be created first. Web Daily overage setting Using the Daily Overtime - Annualized Pay setting to generate daily causes bad worksheet entries overages for two thresholds on Non-Scheduled Days will no longer create invalid worksheet entries. Web Custom Form fields appear when not selected When a custom form is filled out and fields are left blank, the Data Mining report now reflects the blank fields. Previously, the Data Mining report was filling in the blank areas with data HR\IT\PL Human Resources/Ins Track/Plan Setup WH\EP\EP Web Human Resources/Employee/Employee Profile PaC Insurance Tracking Plans are disappearing Web Add-on duplicate accounting lines When accessing the Insurance Plan Setup screen in PaC, all current master Insurance Tracking plans will be available. When changing the Add-On pay code to match the main assignment, the existing account distributions will be cleared from the Add-On. The accounts will then populate with the assignment's accounts HR\PA\RE\PA\HI\WA Human Resources/Payroll/Reporting/Pa yroll/historical/w2 Audit PaC and Web FED: W2 Info Code 9 State and Federal Gross Federal Users: When a benefit is set up with a W2 Info code of 9-Other Taxable Benefits, and set to Increase Federal Gross but not to Increase State Gross, the W2 Processing workfile creation will no longer add the benefit to the State Wage bucket. Previously, the program was assuming the benefit was flagged wrong and was correcting the wages to have the State and Federal Wages match HR\PA\YE Human Resources/Payroll/Year End HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\WP Human Resources/Payroll/Year End/Payroll/Calendar/W2 Processing PaC and Web FED: W2 and 1099R PDF display issues PaC and Web FED: 2017 state tax table changes Federal Users: When an employee has multiple W2/1099R records within the same year, the PDF contains all the forms for that year. Previously, the PDF could only be viewed from the first record. Now, the same PDF (which contains all the employees forms for that year) is viewable from all the records. Federal Users: All tax tables have been updated for 2017, with changes for the following: Kentucky, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Federal, Non-Resident Alien, and FICA.

6 ACA WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\HT Web Human Utilities/ACA Hours Tracker HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\IP Web Human Utilities/ACA 1095 Mass Process HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC and Web FED ACA: Employee getting 1095 using Hour Tracker PaC and Web FED ACA: Add hyphen to Middle Name or Suffix field Web FED ACA: Terminated employees are being reported PaC and Web FED ACA: View electronic 1094 parameter screen Federal ACA Users: A default filter has been added to the ACA Hours Tracker. This filter will only display employees who are averaging more than 130 hours per month if using the Monthly Report Type. If using the Weekly Report Type, then only employees averaging more than 30 hours per week will be displayed. This filtered browse can then be used to help determine who should receive a 1095C form. Federal ACA Users: A hyphen has been added to the suffix of the Contact Person if multiple electronic files are created for any transmission. This is to avoid receiving duplicate errors from the IRS when submitting 1095C and B forms. Federal ACA Users: A Termination Employee Process flag and an Include Blank Termination Codes flag has been added for codes. When processing the ACA 1095 Mass Process, the extract will not include terminated employees when the termination employee flag is unchecked. Federal ACA Users: An option is now available in Step 5 to view Electronic Submission Parameters in the 1094C/1095C process. Previously, users could not go back after a transmission was locked to view the parameters for an Electronic Submission HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC and Web FED ACA: Modify workflow for 1094 Employee Counts Federal ACA Users: Because the process that calculates the Full Time and Total Employee Counts can be confusing, this process has been modified to make the calculations more redundant. A prompt to run the Employee Counts report will now appear after the exception report is run (after the Workfile is created). When choosing to print the report, a report of both full time and total employee counts will be created and will include a listing of whether each employee is counted for each month. When the workfile is modified, a prompt will appear to recalculate the Full Time employee counts. After the counts are calculated, a report will print showing the results. On the Employee Count Report parameter screen, the option to recalculate the employee counts has been removed.

This allows for the option to access previous year 1094/1095B and 1094/1095C files. In PaC, under Year End > Previous Years, there are now options for viewing and correcting prior year 1094/1095B and C forms/files. Federal ACA Users: Modifications to the 1094/1095 processing area will allow for a more intuitive and sequential progression through the process. The?Step 7: Final Checklist? button is now removed. Items relating to showing 1095 forms in Employee Access that were previously on the step 7 screen are now available under step 4a,?Post PDFs to Employee Access.? PaC FED ACA: Print files Federal ACA Users: New offer of coverage codes 1J and 1K have been updated for LCP with updated in the 1095-C print file generation to output Lowest Cost new OOC Premium WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\TB Web Human Utilities/ACA 1095 Tracker HR\PA\YE\PA\PY\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year End/Payroll/Previous Years/1094C/1095C Web FED ACA: Add additional parameters to ACA Tracker PaC FED ACA: Set Previous Year flag for 2015 Federal ACA Users: Parameters have been added to the ACA 1095 Tracker. The parameters now resemble the parameter options within the 1095 Workfile process. Methods 1 through 4 are now available to select. Federal ACA Users: Per 2016 IRS requirements, when processing a Previous Year 1094B/1095B or 1094C/1095C file (2015), the Manifest XML file created has been updated to use the 2016 schema and the Previous Year Indicator will be set to true HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC FED ACA: Print SUD Information in Address 2 PaC and Web FED ACA: Set 1094 forms to zero for corrections PaC and Web FED ACA: 1095 Tracker non-payroll employees Federal ACA Users: SUD addresses will now show on the 2nd Address line when the 1st Address line has more than 30 characters. This works in the same way as SUD addresses in W2 Processing. Federal ACA Users: The 1094 Correction logic has been modified so that the total number of forms will be set to zero when turning on the flag. Additionally, the 1094 Correction flag will not be available when 1095 Correction records exist. Federal ACA Users: The 1095 Tracker now includes a check box for the Non-Payroll Employees selection parameters. In order to pull in a nonpayroll employee, the box must be selected and the parameters set up.

8 WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\AI Web Human Utilities/ACA 1095 Import Web FED ACA: Need warnings if import missing info Federal ACA Users: The ACA 1095 Import process has been updated to create ACA records from a previous ACA record when possible/necessary to import Covered Individuals. Previously, the import required that a 1095 record exist in the employee profile for the year/month being imported before a Covered Individual would be attached WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\AI Web Human Utilities/ACA 1095 Import Web FED ACA: Can't import 2016 records using 1J or 1K Federal ACA Users: The ACA 1095-C Import has been updated for The import now allows Offer of Coverage codes 1J and 1K. Previously, these codes were producing invalid code errors. Additionally, Offer of Coverage codes 1J and 1K are required to have a Lowest Cost Premium entered. If Lowest Cost Premium is left blank, 1J and 1K codes will be marked with an error and not updated during the update process. The last update made to the 1095-C Import is that the Offer of Coverage code 1I is no longer valid for year 2016 and will not import HR\PA\CP\SE Human Resources/Payroll/Current Payroll/Select HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC and Web FED ACA: Import TT Hrs from Partial Time Sheets PaC FED ACA: Enhance receipt ID entry process for Bs PaC FED ACA: Enhance messages after Transmission Federal ACA Users: The ACA Hours import from True Time will now import hours from the updated portion of a partially processed time sheet. Previously, the hours could not be imported until the entire time sheet had been updated. Federal ACA Users: The ACA transmission finalization/receipt ID entry process has been enhanced. If the IRS supplies an error file, it can be uploaded directly to the finalization screen and the system will populate the Receipt ID directly and identify the next steps to take. Federal ACA Users: The finalization process has been enhanced to help move users in the proper direction when corrections are required for 1094C and 1095C submissions HR\PA\YE\PA\PY\BP Human Resources/Payroll/Year End/Payroll/Previous Years/1094B/1095B PaC FED ACA: Previous Year 1095B's Federal ACA Users: The Previous Year 1095B process now allows the maintenance screen buttons to be active when the transmission is not locked HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC and Web FED ACA: Selfinsured flag on C sync process Federal ACA Users: The selection parameters for Self Insured Options will copy over from the previous parameters when running the Sync All Employees process in 1094C/10. Previously, when using the sync option, the Self Insured flag from the previous transmission was not being retained.

The system will now accept an?accepted? value with a manual entry of the Receipt ID, or the user can upload the Acknowledgement Error Data File from the IRS and the system will determine the next steps HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC and Web FED ACA: Miscellaneous processing issues 1095B/C Federal ACA Users: Updates have been made to several processes with regard to the 1095 End-of-Year processes relating to the 2016 reporting year requirements. 1095B Workfile Creation:? Added parameter to only include employees with an active 1095B record where they are enrolled in coverage, or if not enrolled but have covered individuals.? Added parameter to Selection Parameter report. 1095B Workfile Report:? Shows section for employees who are not receiving 1095Bs because they have an active 1095C record.? When the new option is not checked and there is an employee with an active 1095C, an exception is created. 1095C Workfile Creation:? Added parameter to run Employee Count calculation after the workfile is created.? Checks to see if the employee has an active 1095B record. If it does, the process excludes them. 1095C Workfile Report:? Shows section for employees who are not receiving 1095Cs because they have a 1095B record active for that year. 1095B and 1095C Workfile Reports:? Prefixed all exceptions with either "WARNING: " or "FATAL EXCEPTION: " 1095C Workfile Screen:? Corrected view issue where the incorrect Year, Transmission, and Transmission type were displaying.

10 WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\TB Web Human Web FED ACA: Add option Federal ACA Users: Users must now choose which 1095 form type (B Utilities/ACA 1095 Tracker to handle B or C forms or C) to use when running the 1095 Tracker. Previously, the ALE Member setting in ACA Configuration determined the type of form used in this tracker. This year, districts may have 1095B and 1095C forms. This project modifies the 1095 tracker programs to handle this requirement HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year WH\EP\TB\AF Web Human Resources/Employee/Employee Browse/Profile Tabs/Affordable Care Act PaC FED ACA: Rejections should report IRS errors PaC FED ACA: Workfile Method 4 Causing Errors PaC FED ACA: 1095C Method 4 not working for Date Range Web FED ACA: ACA Category Add error Federal ACA Users: When a 1095 file is rejected, the acknowledgement file from the IRS can be imported into Step 5. The system takes the rejected file and will produce a report of the errors. Federal ACA Users: When creating a 1095C Workfile and using method 4,?index out of bounds errors? will no longer occur before the Workfile report runs. Federal ACA Users: When processing the 1095C Workfile, the ability to use Method 4 with a Date Range type ACA Hours Tracker is now available. Previously, when creating the workfile, no users were being pulled in. Federal Users: A?New Hire? type status can now be added when there is already a status with the same category for that employee. Prior to this update, when the new status was saved, it would replace the previously created status. Now, the new status will be saved without the existing status being adjusted. Additionally, when setting the category of a new status to a new hire type, the measurement period fields will populate without having to set a measurement year. Finally, when selecting a category that has a measurement period length of less than twelve months, the system will no longer prompt to set the stability schedule if there is not one already set.

11 WH\EP\PS\UT\AC\HT Web Human Utilities/ACA Hours Tracker Web FED ACA: New Hire Hrs Tracker not using cor. dates Federal Users: The ACA Hours Tracker has been corrected for when a user sets up a New Hire template using either option 1 or option 2. The New Hire Tracker now calculates the date ranges when the report is run and does not use the calculated values produced from the screen. Additionally, the Profile fields that are available display on the Summary view screen in the browse exactly like they do in the Detail view WH\EP\TB\TT\TH Web Human Resources/Employee/Employee Browse/Profile Tabs/True Time/Time Sheet History Web FED ACA: Hours Imported flag not updating Federal Users: When importing ACA hours into payroll from True Time, the?aca Hours Imported? flag in Employee Profile will now display a Y. Users must include the full date range of the time sheet for the flag to switch to yes. Previously, when importing ACA hours from True Time, the flag remained blank HR\PA\YE\PA\CA\CP Human Resources/Payroll/Year PaC FED ACA: Federal Users: When printing 1094C/1095C?s, Building Codes and Employee Access/ Mobile MB Mobile Web High memory usage in Mobile MB\TO Mobile/My Time Off Other Mobile Employee Access Time Off Add is blank Other PS\CA\BL Product Setup/Skyward Contact Access/Batch Lock Monitor PS\CA\BL Product Setup/Skyward Contact Access/Batch Lock Monitor PS\SA\NQ Product Setup/System Administration/Push Notification Queue PS\TM\FH\PR Product Setup/Task Manager/FIN/HR Tasks/Processes Web Add logic to browse when closing via the X Web Re-label Back to Close on General Inputs screens Web Push Notification menu shows when disabled Web Prevent deleting of processes with history High memory usage is being experienced on the web servers for districts using the Mobile app. This memory usage will impact performance and can cause menus to not display. Webspeed will need to be restarted, when convenient, to free up memory. The Mobile Employee Access Time Off Add screen will no longer load as blank. Previously, with the load of the October Release, Addendum 06, this screen was coming up blank. The main General Inputs and Budget Management edit screens have been updated to reopen the edit screen if it was not closed in the appropriate manner, and to alert the user to utilize the buttons on the screen. The Back button on the General Inputs and Budget Management screens has been relabeled to Close and repositioned to increase visibility. The Push Notifications Preferences screen is now only available if the district has enabled Push Notifications. The Delete All Closed functionality for Task Manager has been moved from the main Tasks browse to Administration Utilities. Additional information has been added to the warning messages when deleting processes or tasks.

The number of awaiting approval records has also been left-justified within the widget. The Upcoming Meeting widget now only shows meetings on or after today's date. Previously, it was showing prior meetings going back a few years.
