2 EDITORIAL BY GUILLAUME LAURIN, PRESIDENT OF EXECUTIVE BOARD Hello All, I am pleased to present this new e-letter even if the year is already well underway. Our business remains sustained, driven by the healthy aerospace and defense sector in general and the growth of our services activities in particular. These now represent almost half of our turnover with a predominance over the defense sector. Our actions in the field of maintenance, modification of aircraft and the technical and logistic follow-up of electronic equipment have been successful. Our teams are thus able to manage requests from users, coordinate equipment logistics and ensure the control of repair circuits. In addition to our own design offices and repair centers, our IT department has been strengthened to be able to achieve personalized and secure interfaces with our partners' systems. Today we stand out as an international industrial ETI with in-house expertise covering the entire product lifecycle (in design, integration and services). We position ourselves as subcontractors of major contractors on elements of weapon systems or more complex services. This letter will deal specifically with the following topics: - The development of a service offering associated with recorders by Jean Marc MASENELLI, Director of NSE BU Conception; - Interview of MBDA by Ibrahima DIABY, commercial engineer NSE BU Integration; - Interview of ESAOTE by Loïc GARLOT, commercial engineer NSE BU Services; - International development by François LACOSTE, President of Supervisory Board and Guillaume LAURIN, President of Executive Board. Happy Reading! The entire NSE teams are at your disposal. Guillaume LAURIN President of Executive Board

3 BU CONCEPTION : EXPLOITING FLIGHT DATA : A NEW NSE SERVICE OFFERING NSE acquired over the last twenty years a recognized expertise and know-how in the field of flight data recorders (FDR / Flight Data Recorder) for helicopters and light aircraft of less than 5,700 kg. Brite Saver 2, FDR proposed by NSE, equips many aircraft in France and abroad. Completed by the DTS (Geolocation GPS box with Iridium transmission), by the BS2e (box of automatic unloading of the data at the place of the apparatus), and associated with the software GSS soil (analysis of the data and the overtaking) and Cartoweb (Fleet Geolocation Tool), the NSE offer enables users to have a complete data collection and transmission chain.. The access to these data makes it possible today to consider a major extension of the NSE offer, by exploiting them directly in powerful software of fleet management (aeronautical ERP) allowing to automate the major functions that are: - Monitoring and maintaining airworthiness - Operations management - Aircraft maintenance and associated logistics - The replay of the flights, In this context, NSE has developed a global offer, in partnership with a fleet management software publisher, to offer its customers a set of services made available in the form of modules and monthly subscriptions. Depending on its activities (civil or military fleet operators, MROs, CAMOs, training schools, private owners, etc.), each customer can choose his formula (in a catalog offering 4 levels of different offers supplemented by options), to best meet his needs.. Airworthiness Module Web Interface Brite Saver 2 Thanks to a secure Web connection, he will easily access, through the fleet management software, all the data he needs, data stored and protected on an NSE server, and which will allow him to automate the maximum set of operations currently performed manually. In addition to reducing the risk of errors, this new way of managing his fleet will enable the operator to make substantial gains in operating and maintenance costs. This offer is part of the natural evolution of technologies to turn aircraft into real connected objects. Exploitation of the data thus available will help simplify aircraft management, reduce their cost of use and improve flight safety. Through the offer of services offered by NSE, each potential user will have access to powerful tools, at a lower cost, and without the need to invest in own resources. That's the meaning of the story. Jean-Marc MASENELLI Director BU Conception

Our challenge is to obtain the commitment of our suppliers and to put in place with them and with all the internal actors, a close collaboration to reach the performance of 100% deliveries by the hour, at the fixed cost and expected supply chain quality, increased competitiveness and service level.
