4 How does CIA Integrate CIA integrates to many different Accounting, Property Management, Point of Sale, Payroll, Sales and Catering, and other systems. 5 How do our integrations work The majority of out interfaces utilize existing tools in the programs we are interacting with This reduces your cost and gives you one point of contact The majority of interfaces can be set to run on a schedule, based on an event, or be user activated This limits impact on the source system as exports can be done when resources are most available. While we have a number of existing methods, each client is unique, and our solutions always include a degree of customization. A lot of companies offer a one size fits all approach, where either the other vendor needs to modify, or you need to modify the setup of you system use. We handle all customization on our side.

6 Overview of Interfaces Application Method Developed ADP Kronos Delphi 1. Users create export files from menu, which are read in to DSTAT 2. Custom export for client that auto generates a file and transfers it to CIA s OnLine portal Kronos programmers provided us with a file containing payroll information for the past 14 days. The file is sent to our FTP site by Kronos each day Users run CIA provided queries to create export files in Market Vision, which are read in to Budget and Forecast Newmarket developed automated export from Enterprise addition of Delphi. Files are sent daily to our Online Portal and then synched to property networks / Springer Miller Read straight from database files 2007 Fidelio Read straight from database files 2005

19 Sharing and Updating Synchronization Automated Delivery of Updates DSTAT can be set to automatically search our hosted site for updates, and auto-install them Financial Planning software will be enabled to do same 9/08 Automated Back Up and Transfer of Data Software will generate XML files that are transferred to the hosted site on a user defined schedule. The XML files are then used to build the on line reports available on the hosted site, and can be used to synchronize another computer with any properties complete database file.
