We cater to over Clients who opt for multitude of services from us. Our Messaging and Voice platforms are quite versatile and manage heavy customer databases. To offer further ease to our customers, we have deployed which is a one stop login destination for raising credit requests, generating invoices and extend to other cloud services. is a self care portal to carry out transactions at ease. Carrying out account related transactions become much simpler as tracking is an integral part of the application. Single Login as a primary factor The main objective of introducing is to create a dynamic Single Login to users for all our services through different applications. Through it s possible to access all our product apps i.e. Transactional Messaging, Promotional Messaging, Voice, VMN and Valify, through one application and carry out multiple transactions at ease. 3/20

4 Raise Credit Requests Raising credit requests online solves problems in slews. In the modern day busy world, carrying out financial transactions online has become more of a habit than convenience. Right from the mobile bills to groceries and heavy goods, financial transactions are made online. Around 67% of our customers, felt that online platform for raising credits should be in place and here we go! bring you the convenience of raising credit requests online, through the application. In case of any contingencies, you can immediately contact the account manager through the details from the Application. 1. To refill credits, click on the icon shown in the image below: 4/20

5 2. Once you click on the refill credits icon, a pop up appears as shown in the image below. Enter the Amount to be refilled and add the note. We bring two convenient payment options through the application - Pay Now, Pay Later. 3. Pay Now option is for instant payment and upon clicking the same, will take you to the payment gateway for transaction completion. (Shown in the image below) 5/20

6 4. Pay Later option enables you to make the payment at a later point in time. The transaction of the same can be tracked from the Transactions tab on the application. Download Invoices Once the credits requests are approved, you can download the invoices directly from. There s no fuss of manually getting in touch with the account manager to process the invoice. The invoice generation is not only made online, but also made instant so that you don t have to wait for days to get the invoice generated. The best part is that the invoices generated are all tracked down in one place for your future reference. We ensure that acts as your organizer in tracking the listed invoices, on demand! 6/20

7 Basing on the credit request there are four statuses: 1. Requested: The requested status resembles the credits requested by the user on the application. 2. Pending: The pending status refers to the acknowledgement of the raised request and confirmation pending from the account manager. 3. Paid: Paid requests are the successful billing requests paid through the process. 4. Cancelled: Cancelled requests are the requests, that are cancelled before the confirmation from the account manager. View Transactions Transactions are the requests that you raise for credit transactions. Get a glimpse of all your transactions in the Transactions tab. You can find transactions as per the status and take a recommended action. The transactions are placed in the order as per date and status for easier tracking. 7/20

8 Introducing the Application Interface Our applications enable you to stay aligned with our Transactional, Promotional Messaging, Voice and VMN accounts, and let you access, operate and grow, with ease. There are no over complicated features that need rigorous training, as the features are simple and self-explanatory. Connecting to communication campaigns now become easy with the one stop application for all cloud communication needs. Let s dive deep into the application: 8/20

9 Login to - Process made easy! Through any of the Solutions Infini product applications, you can connect to accounts and manage your profile and carry out transactions. From any product application, hover on to the top right section of the application and click on your profile to see a drop down. In the drop-down menu, click on the My Account option, as shown in the image below: Key Application features The main application features are sub-divided into four tabs for user convenience. 9/20

10 Company Overview Company Overview provides information on the company, SPOC (Single Point of Contact) information, legal information and account manager information. If your business requires to take up new service, then we also provide extended services without the mess of providing and verifying KYC details, only through. Services The Services tab enables you to raise credit requests and edit the contact details like phone number and , which shall be approved post verification. 10/20

11 Based on the service usage, we have limited the control of the application to users. That s where we created Primary and Secondary. Primary Account/ Admin Account: Primary account holder has the control to change, edit and modify the details of all services used by the organization. The Primary account holder also has access to add sub users/accounts. Secondary Account: These are the users who was given access by the primary account and hold service level access to. They cannot edit, modify or delete primary account or other sub accounts. However, they can modify and edit the details pertaining to their account. Avail TDS You can now apply for waiver on TDS deductions by checking a tick box during online payment checkout. To avail the TDS claims, it is mandatory that your business TAN Number is updated on the account. However, 11/20

12 if you have not entered your TAN Number, you can update your details on the Company Overview page. To avail claim on TDS, follow the steps below: 1. Initiate an online payment, the payment gateway window appears. 2. Check the tick box that contain the Avail TDS option as shown in the image below and you re good to go. Invoices Invoices tab enables you to access all the invoices generated through and status according to the invoice. This tab enables you to download the invoices too. 12/20

13 Transactions Transactions tab allows you to view the transaction history so that you can have a keen eye on all the transactions that are carried out through and their statuses. 13/20

14 Notifications Our notifications keep you posted on the accounts and billing related activities, so that you don t miss on an important update ever. 14/20

16 2. Editing User details: Edit the user details by updating the mobile and information as shown in the image below: 3. Fake-login option for Primary Account user: Primary user can access from a fake login account to view the enclosed details and verify the access provided to the sub users. 16/20

18 5. Clear Partial/Pending Bills: You can now clear pending bills through online payment and get rid of the outstanding balances instantly. You can click on the Pay Now option for pending bills, from the invoices tab, as shown in the image below: 6.
