2 Page 2 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: SECO Energy Sumterville Florida Manager of Fleet Services March 2010 to present Responsibilities Planning and directing comprehensive Fleet operations for Sumter Electric Cooperative servicing members throughout several rural counties in Central Florida. Including; accusations and disposal of Fleet assets, vehicle specifications, fuel operations, PM inspections, and repairs. Complete responsibility for; $2.7M Capital and $5.7 O&M budgeting, DOT, EPA, ANSI and OSHA regulations. Lake County BOCC - Tavares Florida - Director of Fleet Operations - May 2006 to March 2010 Responsibilities - Planning and directing Fleet Management activities for County wide Fleet operations covering 285K residents over 1160 square miles. Including fuel management and Fleet billing for internal and external county divisions and departments, budgeting and tracking of all capital and O&M costs, bid specifications, review and approval of all fleet requests, purchase orders, vendor contract administration and all Fleet policies and procedures. City of Fort Lauderdale - Florida - Automotive and Equipment Engineer - October 2005 to April 2006 Responsibilities - Designing and revising vehicle and equipment specifications for Fleet assets. Publishing and tracking bids, requisitions, and purchase orders for vehicles and equipment. Tracked and reported Fleet fuel use and supply levels. Planning, development and implementation of $7.3 annual Fleet replacement program. Monitored in-house contract garage operations, approved out of contract work. Monitored and tracked compliance with DOT, EPA, ANSI and OSHA regulations. Florida Power and Light Company FPL- Juno Beach - Regional Fleet Manager May 2000 to August 2005 Responsibilities - Strategic planning and directing of comprehensive Fleet operations covering 3.5 million T&D customers in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Guiding and coaching Supervisors covering maintenance activities for over 1900 units, utilizing a staff of 75 personnel - 11 direct reports and 64 technicians at 7 regional garages and 5 plant sites. O&M budget responsibilities of $10.7 million - $9.5M annual capital replacements and additions. FPL - Fleet Supervisor Nuclear - January 1997 to May 2000 Responsibilities - Direct supervision of all Fleet operations within St. Lucie Nuclear Plant. Coordination of maintenance and repairs for all Fleet vehicles and equipment at three plant locations, implemented non-fleet plant tools and equipment repair program. Cost justification for all Fleet equipment, procurement of rental equipment for scheduled outages. Instructed certification training for Mobile crane operators. Reviewed and authorized all Plant group purchases - including budget tracking and variance reporting for entire Fleet Plant group. FPL - Fleet Lead Technician 1996 January to December Lead Technician responsible for oversight and coaching all levels of repairs and maintenance on Fleet equipment including Bare-hand Fiber-optic units. Coordinating - customer service, shop operations, including dispatching service calls scheduling maintenance and repairs, assisting technicians with troubleshooting and final close out of all work orders and job assignments. Florida Power Corporation FPC - St Petersburg - Fleet Services Area Supervisor Responsibilities - Management of Fleet operations at regional garage locations, including coordination of all PM maintenance and breakdown repairs for east area operations. Including outside labor, parts facilities, justification, approval and procurement of vehicle and equipment
