It adjusts the whole product lines on price, styles and accessories, and develops partnership based on commission. While executing the localization process, it s necessary for Cache-Cache to adapt to the modern consuming habits of Chinese consumers, especially the changes of online shopping habits; It needs to build major functions for a wellstructured website, including product demo, online payment, promotions and product comments; In the mean time, it also needs to know the market and its features to meet the needs of both enterprises and consumers, and to offer a new shopping experience with a mix of online and offline shopping. It s a must to hit the point from the beginning of system building process: integrated platform, light, fast, and user-friendly multiple front-end channels, and marketing and services across all channels. So that Cache-Cache is able to build consumer confidence for the brand on website, social and mobile platforms, to attract consumers and raise their loyalty by customized promotions, safe payment, and safe payment, and reasonable price. According to Thomas Alix, the e-commerce and digital head of Keyrus China, Cache-Cache has overcome the obstacle of localization, and matched the new consuming habits of Chinese consumers. As a company successfully operated localization, Cache-Cache knows the market and its features, and is able to meet the needs of enterprises and consumers. New functions such as coupons and store traffic award will be added to the second stage of the project. The ultimate purpose is to increase the sales of Cache-Cache products on every retail channel, including on-site stores, internet, and mobile devices.
