19 Project Leapfrog Project Leapfrog is an ini+a+ve of Langara s IT department to modernize our informa+on technology systems and services. The goal is to make a large jump forward rather than a gradual improvement.

21 Summary Previous Plan Focused significant +me and resources on maintaining our legacy systems. Ensure business con+nuity. Seriously limits IT s ability to support business process improvements. Will not allow us to clear back log un+l systems are stabilized. New Plan IT will invest fewer resources than previously planned to maintaining our current systems. Star+ng in the first quarter of 2015, IT will instead engage in a business process review with all areas of the campus to determine each area s specific IT needs. The IT plan will be built to meet those needs in the coming years.
