26 Future plan for the next 3 years Set up new plant in China with production line for semiconductor equipment consumable to meet the demand of the future China market growth. Expansion of high-level equipment, increase the maximum size of manufacture and precision, as well as the production line. Enhance degree of automation for manufacturing, therefore increase the efficiency of the production. Phase 1 Consolidation of IP and resources from OEM, set up production and repair line for E-Chuck. Phase 2 Expand production line, building relationship from OEM to ODM. Set up PVD & CVD coating equipment for OEMs high-level equipment module. Cooperate with OEMs, build up supply chain in the Asia Pacific zone, shifting the core production line of OEM from Euro-American regions to Asia Pacific zone.
