5 Network Requirements

6 Network Requirements. Purchase Orders (New, Changed and Cancelled Orders) Orders originate from the Internal SAP system of SUEZ WTS Orders will be sent to your Ariba Network account Legacy purchase orders may also be sent to your Ariba Network Account during the phases of transitioning to the Ariba Network. You choose the routing method ( , fax, online, cxml or EDI) for receiving orders. Refer to the Account Configuration Guide on the Supplier Information Portal for instructions on how to configure your electronic order routing method.. Order Confirmations Order Confirmations are required prior to invoicing for all SUEZ WTS Purchase Orders Ship Notices Ship Notices are required prior to invoicing for all SUEZ WTS Purchase Orders Good Receipts The status of the POs will be updated when a material goods receipt will be entered in SAP. This will be an indicator of the approval status of an invoice or a sign that is acceptable to invoice. Invoices All Purchase Orders/Invoices will be required via the Ariba Network 2016 SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. Public 6

10 Create Ship Notice 1. Create Ship Notice using your Ariba account once items were shipped. Multiple ship notices per purchase order might be sent. Click the Create 1 Ship Notice button. 2. Fill out the requested information on the Shipping PO form. The Packing Slip ID is any number you use to identify the Ship Notice. Choose Carrier Name and then Tracking # and Shipping Method will appear. Gross Volume and Gross Weight are optional fields when Collaborative 3 Supply Chain (CSC) is enabled 3. Enter Ship From information by clicking on Update Address. Any field with an asterisk is required. 4. Check if Deliver to information is correct. Click OK SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. 12 Create Ship Notice - Details 1. Scroll down to view line item information and update the quantity shipped for each line item. 2. Customer Part # is visible when Collaborative Supply Chain (CSC) is implemented 3. Click Next to proceed to review your Ship Notice SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. All rights reserved. Public 1

13 Submit Ship Notice 1. After reviewing your Ship Notice, click Submit to send Ship Notice to SUEZ WTS. Ship Notices provide improved 1 communications to help avoid unnecessary calls to order support department. 2. After submitting your Ship Notice, the Order Status will be updated to Shipped. Submitted Ship Notices can be viewed from Outbox or by clicking the link under the Related Documents from the PO View. 3. Click Done to return to the Home page SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company. Depending on which screen you are in within your account, the content will automatically update to reflect materials that may be helpful to you in relation to the items on the screen. To access our Help Center, log into your account or go to Click the Help link in top right corner. Click Help Center and go to Support section. Search for any topic you would like to know more about.
