3 HIGHLIGHTS FROM RECENT WORKING HISTORY YIT Oyj, Head of Web Services development, Digital Services Development Manager, Chief Product Owner During my work in YIT it was a construction company building housing, business premises, infrastructure and entire areas in Finland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. In 2014, YIT s revenue amounted to around EUR 1.8 billion, it had nearly 6,000 employees. I was leading online development across YIT Group towards best customer experience and improved business benefit. I also worked as a Chief Product Owner for all YIT web-sites (25+), including sales supporting online solutions integrated with CRMs and other back-end systems. I managed network of more than 80 stakeholders from 8 different countries and organizations (top management, heads and marketing managers of local of business units, regional online development managers, IT managers and specialists, developers, designers, consultants, local content managers, online marketers etc.). I also worked with external vendors, including selection/tendering, contracts negotiation and managing their work. I reported to Senior Vice President, Housing Business Development, Brand. My working languages in YIT were English, Finnish, Russian. Main achievements Played a key role in setting-up centralized online development process Together with IT colleagues brought and successfully taken into use agile development mindset and processes to YIT Have been a key driver for making online development in YIT really international vendors from not only Finland, employees in different countries serving the whole Group, managing cultural and business differences in developed solutions. Due to my influence, collaboration atmosphere in online development improved a lot, trust to common solutions increased. I improved top management s understanding of online opportunities that lead to increased amount of resources, dedicated to online development (recruiting, budgets). As a result more efficient operations, improved customer experience, number of online leads growth up to 70% (depending on business unit). Lead YIT s common online strategy development As a Chief product owner in a complex online development project: together with IT colleague successfully created efficient international multivendor development team, excellent collaboration atmosphere. As a result, we successfully renewed our web environment within just one year: 18 web-sites, complex architecture of several integrated systems (5 architecture levels: 3 CRMs, service bus, product information management, middleware, CMS), APIs development for omni-channel solution, totally new user interface, several international vendors, all YIT businesses in 8 countries. Identified lack of UX professional resources in the environment, established Lean UX team to raise CX quality of the solutions being developed I was one of the first key leaders that were driving taking SAFe as a continuous development model onboard to YIT. We took it successfully into use in our development function (around 80 people internationally). After our pilot it was spread much wider in the company.

4 Infokone Oy, Founder, CEO Infokone is a company, which I created and developed. In a foreign country, without network, being new in the field, managing the company myself without partners, during 3.5 years I managed to create a large network of B2B customers of different types - cities, hotels, ski centers, state and regional organizations of tourism development, small touristic services providers, export companies etc. We provided services for Finnish market on Internet marketing in Russian language. Set of our services included: planning and creation of web-sites (mostly, but not only in Russian), content cultural adaptation, search engine optimization and promotion, search engine marketing campaigns, users behavior and interests research, market research through social networks, social networks campaigns, landing pages, conversion optimization, trainings and other consulting services. We also were performing touristic services, creating programs for tourists together with Finnish companies and did much of touristic products sales (online and offline). My working languages in Infokone were Finnish and Russian. Main achievements Created a network of 100+ B2B customers from scratch Created 10+ web-sites and portals (graphics, software, content) Created and managed in-house team of specialists - graphics, web software development, content, sales Created network of vendors and freelancers in Russia, organized cross-border payments to Russia through different channels Done more than 100 B2C distant cross-boarder customer sales to customers located in Russia, organized cross-boarder payments from Russia to Finland With low budget (few hundreds eur per month) created continuous inbound flow of customers through Ähtäri Russian web-site (no off-line marketing, unknown place, 2-15 leads per week). Increased number of Russian customers in Ähtäri region 5 times. Performed SoMe research and promotion project for MEK (Finnish Tourist Board): organized trips of 9 Russian bloggers to several regions in Finland following by publications in their blogs, organized large SoMe research of Russian customers needs in Finland followed by a series of trainings to Finnish touristic companies Performed more than 25 trainings in different parts of Finland Invented, agreed and organized New Year touristic programs for Russian customers (3 large projects): full week programs and customer service in Ähtäri and Keuruu regions (Finnish towns), New Year program for children in 8 hotels of Central Finland Applied for and received several business supporting grants from Finnish government

5 Nokia Oyj, Integration Engineer, SW Architect During my work at Nokia, I have been working in three positions: integration engineer, software architect, specialist (software architecture strategic development). As an integration engineer, I was dealing with software of smartphones searching for error causes on all levels of software and sometimes making model-driven modifications to the software. As a software architect, I was working in a product team planning architectural solution for particular smartphone model from Nokia software baselines. In software architecture asset development team my duties concerned the development of the device architecture asset to capture the current state and intended state of the Nokia device architectures across the product portfolio. Members of my team were located in different countries Finland, Great Britain, Canada and others, I did a lot of work distantly and independently as well as traveled inside and outside Finland.
