1 Find Your Service Level Agreement (SLA) Information for AT&T Network Functions on Demand Easily Locate Your SLA Credits November, 206 NOTE: AT&T Network Functions on Demand is now AT&T FlexWare. This change will appear on AT&T Business Center in the near future.

2 Overview This presentation shows you how to find your SLA credits for AT&T Network Functions on Demand quickly and easily. Two reports on Business Center provide the information you will need: VNF Availability Report On-Time Provisioning Report 2

3 Logging in to Business Center Go to and log in with your user name and password. 3

4 Using the Business Center dashboard ) On the Business Center dashboard, locate the BusinessDirect widget. Click the down arrow for Network Management. 2) When the dropdown list appears, click Service Level Agreement... 4

5 Accessing the SLA tool The Integrated SLA Offer Management tool appears. ) From the horizontal navigation bar, choose Service Type. Then choose Network Functions on Demand.. 2) The screen refreshes to reflect Network Functions on Demand.. 5

6 Choosing the Failed Site Report ) Click Network Functions on Demand Service Type. Then choose Report and Failed Site Report.. 2) On the next screen, from the Reporting Period list, choose the month of interest. 3) Click Submit. 4) A pop-up window appears. Choose Open with Microsoft Excel and click OK.... 6

7 Viewing the VNF Availability Report ) A spreadsheet appears with the VNF Availability tab selected. VNF stands for virtualized network functions. Note: The ucpe Host Name appears in the first column, which may help you find the credit on your bill.. 2) For each site with an SLA failure, if the claim status is approved and completed, the availability percentage is shown, as is the associated credit amount and the currency. 3) The status of the claim is shown along with additional information about the location. If the claim status is pending or rejected, the dollar amounts do not appear. If the claim is rejected, the reason is given... 7

8 Viewing the On-Time Provisioning Report ) To see information about on-time provisioning, click the On Time Provisioning tab. 2) For each site with an on-time provisioning issue, the credit amount is given.. 3) The status of the claim is shown along with additional information about the location. If the claim status is pending or rejected, the dollar amounts do not appear. If the claim is rejected, the reason will be given... 8
