2 With the Promise Package, you get a dedicated MISys Manufacturing expert in your corner. In about four to six weeks, we ll manage, train and assist you with your first billing and follow up with you every week for a month to make sure you re up and running smoothly. The individuals who supervise MISys Manufacturing in your company should attend all sessions How to Go-Live Preparation, Education and Support: Effort We Conduct a Project Discovery Call Your consultant will discuss your processes. They ll review your responses and schedule a call to discuss your current workflow to further drill down to identify bottlenecks, obstacles and requirements even possible recommendations for other solutions that may be required for your success. It is required that your team that will be responsible for the initial set-up of MISys Manufacturing be available during this time. Your controllers, your operations persons, or most experienced person (if applicable) should attend. Included Sandbox Your MISys Manufacturing Software, QuickBooks or Sage 50, SQL Database For your operational safety and ease of use we provide you a highquality environment away from your production server (internal to you) so you can learn, configure, develop procedures and practices and comfort prior to full production of MISys Manufacturing. 3 Implementation Project Plan We lay out the timeline, resources, services and training schedule. We Recommend Solutions: Our consultant will recommend solutions to the issues identified during your Needs Analysis and schedule the specific training and consulting sessions that will help you achieve agreed- upon goals. Schedule Project Timeline: The timeline for implementation (ie: schedule of trainings, consulting, and estimated length of Promise Package Services) will be laid out at this time. Included Notes to Project 1. Limit 30 days. Sandbox (non production hosting environment) is provided complementary through education, configuration, customization and procedure development. If your bandwidth quality is not able to reach this service, we will just install on your server(s). Additional sandbox months are available for $500/month 2. We do our best to provide you unlimited value. Here are some areas that will require an additional scope; Customizations of any system, Forms, Reports, Screens or import/export/synchronization. Purchase of additional solutions, education, hardware or 3rd party service. Travel expense and time, all billed separately. 3. Project cannot exceed 30 days. 4. Advanced Production, Level 2 This how to Set up and Use Item Shop Floor Control, Create and Use Manufacturing Orders, Cost Estimating and Tracking, Work Centers, Tools and Serial / Lot Tracking Employees who are responsibility production, production flow and costs. 8 PROJECT PRICING, FULLY MANAGED SOLUTION We estimate our time together onsite to be 1 week for the primary phase of the project. All our effort to bring your system into production is included but you must be complete the system commencement within 30 Days from project kick-off. We know that your schedule may not permit every day so we work with you to schedule your team s time as optimally as possible within the 30 Day time frame. Please make sure that your implementation team members are available and able to commit to the effort needed including, but not limited to, data entry, meetings, education, a full inventory count if needed and availability during the systems commencement week. All Employees who are responsible for the successful use of all the systems, managing daily operations and financial reporting should attend. Mostly performed remotely but can be provided on-site. 12 Manufacturing and Cost Accounting Principals This course covers mid-level and advanced understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting principals as it may apply to your business. We can work with your team to develop costing strategy and work with your CPA to provide a high level of financial and tax planning. Our team of CPAs and PHDs can help you ramp up your knowledge if your just beginning or seasoned pro. Per ½ Day Accounting We set up your QuickBooks or Peachtree integration so that it s as seamless as possible. You ll learn how to properly integrate your accounting information and become aware of how it all works. You ll know Sync Settings and how to use the utilities within MISys Manufacturing, QuickBooks/Peachtree. Assist in the Definition of MISys Chart of Accounts, Define Account Sets and assign to Items, Account integration setup and Period End processing, Accounting Integration - GL Transactions. Your Financial, or CPA should understand this. Per ½ Day Page 12 of 16

13 Procedure Development This covers assistance with development of procedures that is critical to your operations and those that requires special government or compliance documentation (i.e. ISO) We you re your auditors or certified professional develop polices, procedures and tests for certification.
