Recognize NERC and Regional-specific IT requirements, business needs, activities, and realities. Recognize a bias for proven off-the-shelf solutions with minimal modifications or configurations. Ensure data integrity and data sharing via proven integration techniques. 3

5 Priorities Looking Ahead 5 Complete vendor support transition for BES exceptions and SBS (Q3 2014). Establish reliable and reusable data through central databases for reporting and analysis (Enterprise Reporting-RAPA Q1 2015, then ongoing). Complete configuration for event analysis solution (Q3 2015). Establish a platform to enable consistent application experiences (xrm Platform Q1 2015). Complete development for reliability assessment database (Q2 2015). Identify IT needs for enhanced CMEP IT Tool(s). Create a sustainable 3-year rolling IT Enterprise Application investment plan.
