A prerequisite fr being able t fully understand this dem script and run the dem, is a sund system knwledge n SAP Business ByDesign. General assumptin is that yu are familiar with the Learning Center cntent available in yur ByD system at: Hme Self-Services Learning Center. Althugh the script has been tested carefully yu might nevertheless encunter different system behavir when running a dem in an actual Almika dem tenant. The apprpriate Almika cmpany fact sheet is available as Cmpany Specific Help cntent in the ByDesign Almika dem tenant. 2.2 User Accunts The fllwing user accunts fr the ByDesign Almika implementatin are t be used t wrk thrugh the dem: Predefined User ID User Name (US) 1 Passwrd 2 Rle CEO01 Catherine Kennedy- Wds Welcme1 Chief Executive Officer 2.3 Prerequisite T be able t shw the bi-directinal integratin with Micrsft Excel, yu must have installed the Plug-in fr Micrsft Excel, which yu can find in the Self-Services Overview f yur SAP Business ByDesign system (WC Hme Self- Services Overview). Scrll dwn and click Install Additinal Sftware in the sectin My Cmputer. Nte: The suggested brwser is Ggle Chrme and is the ne used fr the purpses f this guide, there are sme subtle differences depending n which brwser is used. Once yu have installed the add-in, this will appear n the ribbn within excel. Click nt the Lgn buttn and enter the URL f yur tenant (first time nly) and then yur username and passwrd, these are the same credentials as yu use fr SAP Business ByDesign. Anther prerequisite is t ensure that yur SAP Business ByDesign system is kept up t date with relevant data t prceed with meaningful demnstratins, als t make the demnstratin experience a better ne!
