9 Known Issues Known Issues The following are the known issues of SAP BusinessObjects Explorer for iphone/ipad app: Issue 1: After adding the connection details of the Explorer app in the server.properties file, the server information is not displayed in the iphone/ipad client. Workaround: You must modify the value of the parameter from "/WEB-INF/sample.properties" to "/WEB-INF/server.properties" in the web.xml file found in the WEB-INF directory of the MOBIServer web application. Issue 2: After drilling down to details, removing filter from the filter pane does not cause the application to revert to the previous exploration view. Workaround: You must manually select the required dimension from the legend header. Issue 3: If you attempt to the exploration view when the is not configured on the device, the SAP BusinessObjects Explorer application closes abruptly. Workaround: You must configure your system before sharing your exploration view by . Issue 4: When you open a favorite item containing multiple measures for exploration, changing chart types and adding measures may not function as expected. Workaround: You must start the exploration or analysis from the home page by clicking on an appropriate Infospace. Issue 5: If you rotate the device when the chart is getting generated, the chart size will be inappropriate. Workaround: You must rotate the device again so that the chart regenerates properly. 9

11 Limitations Limitations The following are the limitations of SAP BusinessObjects Explorer for iphone/ipad app: In this release, dimensions are limited to having a maximum of 100 values. When ing an exploration view, bookmarks/favorite links do not work if the message is in draft mode. Links work once the mail is sent. Changing the context path of the MOBIServer webapp is not supported. Changing the path and the name of the server.properties file is not supported. 11
