4 Grading policy You will work in teams of 2-3 Students. The main goal of project is to try to create useful models of existing or start-up company and couple of its major business processes using ARIS/BPMN notation, to develop Students ability to state requirements and modeling business processes At the beginng of each class every group sholud prepare short presentation about their latest results (starting from 23rd of October, short discussion with lecturer) During last class every group will present their final results (Power Point presentation and documentation should be prepared, please don t send it by , you should prepare copy of both files for lecturer) Final Grade depends on partial grades for each phase: - Quality of your documentation: 70%. - Quality of the final presentation: 30%. Your attendance (the whole group) is obligatory. Only 1 absence is permitted To develop models it is necessary to know the theory (LECTURE/LABS dr Pietroń), students are required to familiarize themselves with the theoretical characteristics of each part of the project before they start their work 4
