Design & Tooling Capability Design and tool manufacture in-house Quick first off the tool capability Optimised cost per part Complete in-house management of product lifecycle In-house design of single piece or multi-part assemblies using state-of-the-art design software such as Delcam, ProEngineer and AutoCAD. Experienced with high-performance polymers such as Ultem, PEEK and Torlon, as well as more standard polymers. Tool options in fully hardened steel, P20 steel and alumimium either within our UK and Eastern Europe factories or full turnkey project management within Asia. In house tool maintenance through life of production. Quick turnaround time for first off the tool parts. Rapid prototyping available for low volume runs.

Tooling Management Programme Tools manufactured to European specification Tools managed with a rigorous control programme Full on-site inspection during tool trials Peace of mind with a full UK warranty ENL control the tooling design and material specification for the whole program. All tools are manufactured to European standard parts and sizes. Tool manufacturing program will be supported by a weekly control plan. All tooling trials and first off the tool (FOT) will be supported on-site by our UK tool specialists. All tools will be inspected and optimised if required. Tools carry full ENL UK warranty.

Our new part introduction system covers the requirements of almost any industry from aerospace FAIR s through to automotive PPAP s to the latest AIG guidelines including all standared APQP activities.
