Implementing the new camming library (LcamHdl), including the creation of cam disks at runtime; 2. Implementing the new kinematics library (LKinCtrl/LKinMCtrl), including how to import a CAD file of an object into a datablock for use by the kinematics library (Gcode2MovePath Tool); 3. Implementing the recently released hydraulics library (SimaHyd) including an example of an existing application. 2 FA-W4 SCADA: Picking the Best Fit - Increased Efficiency with the Latest WinCC Releases Get updated on the latest with WinCC v7.5, TIA Portal and WinCC Professional V15.1. Understanding the positioning of the three SCADA products will equip you to choose the best solution for your customer. You will have the chance to work with the most recent WinCC Version 7.5 which was released in October. Significant improvements have been made in efficient engineering such as a consistent way of engineering from the controller to WinCC. Dive in and get hands on building custom Webpages hosted right in the PLC to display trends and create your own interactive user interface. FA-W7 Master Your Basic Safety Application Solution Knowledge At this interactive, hands-on workshop you will get an opportunity to explore extended capabilities of the SIMATIC S7-1200F basic safety controller. This workshop will explore several solutions, including traditional and advanced closed-loop PID scenarios, remote connectivity support, and data access using both traditional automation-centric tools then crossing the boundary to PC-centric tools including smart device applications,.net tools, and . Cyber security has been elevated to one of the top concerns for automation systems. This is especially true for critical infrastructure applications within water treatment, power generation, transportation, and military applications, just to name a few. The SIMATIC S PLC contains a wealth of security features that make it ideal for these types of applications. In this workshop, the details of a recommended security configuration will be explained, configured, and tested. The configuration will include a SIMATIC S PLC and HMI. The security features that will be used include password protections for hardware and software, intellectual property protection, PLC access prevention, secure encrypted PLC communications, cyber intrusion detection, detection of unauthorized program and alarm changes, TIA Portal authentication, and protection techniques for HMI devices.
