6 Historical areas of business Consulting Consultants oriented to EPM Projects design and delivery. Consulting is ABIC s historical area in 2001 ABIC started working on Consolidated Financial Management projects using Hyperion Enterprise; those projects evolved into Financial Management s Projects. Area development lead expertise close to Controlling, firstly with consolidated management Projects and then with BI projects. Core Financial Management Services Outsourcing Established in January 2011, Outsourcing is the most recent ABIC s area. Evolution of "post go-live«services, has emerged over the years and has taken shape with the management of application maintenance and facility maintenance services. The purpose of this area is to provide the customer with a guaranteed service help desk and ongoing maintenance, oriented to build over time a relationship of partnership and mutual success. Technology Established in 2008, Technology area is an area designed to bridge the knowledge gap of information systems of the customer, in the management of problems on systems while implementing an articulate EPM solution composed by several distributed technological components, whose required competencies are above the ones of a DB Administrator. ABIC developed a high skill staff, skilled to work on the most recent ORACLE s releases, installing and configuring EPM Suite on physical and virtual machines based on the most varied HW settings. 6

8 New business lines Business Process Management BPM is aimed to: design, implement, monitor the whole enterprise s processes lifecycle integrating functional aspects with enterprise systems underlying to improve the existing processes by means of simulation functions assign roles and responsibilities to individuals by establishing SOD s rules Monitor process s performances via customizable KPIs, reports and dashboards IRIS Investor Relator s dedicated tool Core Financial Management Services Electronic invoice Since June 6, 2014 some central government will no longer accept invoices issued in paper form they will pay its suppliers who have issued an electronic invoice. ABIC follows all phases of Electronic Invoicing, from the creation of the document to its electronic storage Recognize the channel sending invoices Transforming the bills in the format accordingly to the PA s requirements Deliver invoices to the PA and manage System Interchange (SDI) controls and errors Activate the service of dematerialization with delegation of responsibilities of sent Invoices. ABIC s solution called «IRIS (Investor Relator Information System)» was founded with the aim of supporting the management of information concerning the specific activity of the Investor Relator. ABIC addresses this need with a simple, integrated platform for: Process Management of press releases and internal dealing s creation and dissemination; Press creation and dissemination to business users as well as other multimedia content; Digital Register of Insiders management 8
