1 What s New in Accubid Enterprise Version 5 Version 5 of Accubid Enterprise includes a number of enhancements that extend the system s power and flexibility. Note: The Accubid Enterprise Estimating module is available in multiple editions, with a solution tailored for every budget. Not all features are available in each edition of Accubid Enterprise Estimating. See the Feature Comparisons list that follows for a list of restricted features. Setting Up Your Job job type can now be set from the Job Schedule screen as well as the Job Information screen allow duration, start date, or end date to be calculated based on the values of the other two fields specify the bid due date and time add links to internet addresses (URLs) or external files can select an item instead of a material category within a specification Designations add quick items or job items to designations add an assembly to a designation associate a picture with a designation Takeoff specify any number of item attributes at takeoff (not just size) create and define the different attribute categories that identify an item (e.g. length, dimension, color, amperage, voltage, port, rating, gauge, etc.) to reset a modified takeoff item, so that the item being taken off matches the item in the database, you can now perform a full resolve you can add items in mid-takeoff (except when taking off designations) or remove items from the takeoff assembly quantities can now be viewed and modified during takeoff add notes to a takeoff hide deleted takeoffs within the audit trail perform a deductive takeoff (one with negative values) change a takeoff with positive values to one with negative values, and vice versa drop-down calculator available in Quantity cells on Takeoff Info dialog quantity now defaults to 1 when taking off an assembly
