2 Show your support August 22. Showcasing recreation in Idaho starts with you. Join us Saturday, August 22nd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Eagle Island State Park to showcase and celebrate outdoor recreation in Idaho. Hosted by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (IDPR), and sponsored by the Friends of Idaho State Parks, the Idaho Outdoor Recreation Festival is a full day of fun, featuring recreational lessons for kids and adults, exhibits, workshops, demonstrations, youth activities, giveaways, fresh food and cold beverages. The festival is an educational and informative event with a core area that will provide attendees with a wide variety of exhibits featuring local non profits, clubs, retailers, manufacturers, state and federal agencies, guides and outfitters, attractions, and visitor information. All this, in addition to park attractions such as hiking biking, disc golf, swimming, volleyball, picnicking and a waterslide. The Friends of Idaho State Parks, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, is soliciting participation from vendors. All money raised through vendor fees beyond expenses of the festival will go to support Idaho s state parks. We are currently raising funds for dog waste stations at Eagle Island and a wildlife viewing platform at Thousand Springs State Park. Thank you in advance for your support! Admittance $5 per vehicle at park gate. Free with Idaho State Parks Passport or coupons supplied by the event sponsor.

4 Vendor Participation Classification Event Sponsor $1, x 20 space, prominent name placement in event advertising (sponsored by), exclusive site for event ticket pickup. Commercial Vendors $150 for 10 x 10 Nonprofit Vendors $50 for 10 x 10 Food Vendors 10 percent of gross Consideration Fee is non refundable Selection of vendors and vendor placement is at the sole discretion of Friends of Idaho State Parks. Vendors will be placed adjacent to corresponding recreational activities. Locations The layout of the event will be determined by the Friends of Idaho State Parks to make best use of the available space and access to electricity. Food vendors will be located nearest the covered shelter designated for food/beverage consumption. Vendors will be placed adjacent to corresponding recreational activities. Requirements Vendors participation requires accordance with all details set forth in this document including those details outlined under Consideration, Setup and Operations. All vendors are required to have all necessary applicable licenses, permits and insurance to operate within the State of Idaho and City of Eagle. Festival Supplied Space (10 x 10 ) Limited electrical (as per request/need) Trash cans Event promotion Vendors To Supply Their Own Tents Tables Chairs Equipment Signage Personnel (registered with your form) Change/Credit Card processing Setup Vendors should discuss any preference of placement or special requirements prior to signing agreement. Trailers and large vehicle vendors should be in place by 9 AM. You will not be allowed to drive within event area after 9:00 AM. All vendors must be in place by 9:30 AM. Operations Vendors must operate between the hours of 10 AM and 6PM. Late arrival and early closing prohibited. Vendors who close early will be assessed an additional $100 fee. Teardown / Clean Up Vendors are responsible for their own tear down and clean up. Teardown and clean up will begin at 6 PM. All vendors must be out of the park by sunset.
