11 Project Owner The person who initiates or sponsors the project and defines high-level requirements. Project Manager Manages all aspects of the project to successful completion. Leads and coordinates efforts of the team. Responsible for meeting stated objectives and constraints. Project Team The people who execute tasks as directed by the Project Manager. Stakeholder The people impacted by the outcome of the project.

12 Deliverables Scope The specific, tangible outcomes produced as a result of the project. The goals and parameters of a project.
