Anniversary workflows were created from the hire date field calculate the date difference A custom tab was created for storing Employee Evaluation information A custom workflow sets up 45 day, 90 day, 6 month, and 1-year reviews based on the hire date when a new employee is added to Vision alerts to notify Managers/Supervisors about upcoming dates to perform employee evaluations 14
