1 About Kyle Introduction Kyle is a hands-on manager with experience in all phases of the development life cycle. His expertise is in relational and multidimensional database design/implementation and holds Oracle and Microsoft certifications. Managing projects and staff, and serving as a key developer on projects in a variety of industries, he thrives in any situation. With his finance and accounting background, he communicates effectively with business and technical staff. His technical background began with accounting and financial management roles, using technology to make the business more productive and profitable. His philosophy is based on sports. Whether he mentor professionals or is coaching youth sports, he uses the same concept. It centers around practice and putting people in situations where they will grow. They learn by successes and failures. He allows them to experiment in professional situations, just like he does with young athletes in games. 2 Hyperion Consulting Kyle has been designing and building Hyperion solutions since Hyperion Essbase and Planning solutions consumes the majority of his time and is the center of his career. Not only does he play a major role as an architect and expert, he performs other roles too. Kyle is engaged in scoping projects and writing SOWs Kyle manages multiple projects to ensure the correct talent is on the right project in the right role to prosper and owns the client relationship Kyle participates in the strategic marketing of the organization in many ways, including building the graphics used in presentations, conference collateral, and corporate website Kyle mentors younger talent with a superb track record in growing inexperienced people into senior developers and directors Web Kyle started Goodfriend Solutions web design service in the early 2000s. Before the sale of the business, Kyle supported over 50 clients and won numerous state and national design awards. He created websites that generated action, increased sales, and drove small business change in marketing and online strategy. He helped multiple business increase revenue by double digit growth. Graphics Since the late 90s, when Kyle taught Photoshop at Franklin University, he has always had an interest in graphic design.

3 Although he has no formal education, he is self-taught on many aspect of graphic design, including the phycology of colors. He also builds graphics and logos for small businesses that aren t direct competitors of Huron Consulting Group.
