2 INTRODUCTION The Printer Server Service Centre is a company that was birthed in 2015 with its registerd name being HT Networking and Technology. Having seen the gap in the market for organisations which can be identified strictly as taking care of ICT equipment, PSSC was formed with the main thrust being IT Service and Maintenance major emphasis being placed on printers and servers. VISION To be known as a leader in the supply and support of IT, printer and server repairs and services as well as create value for customers and investors through innovative processes of improving our business operations and service offerings. 4 REPAIR CENTRE / WORKSHOPS Our workshop is the heartbeat of our organisation and thus we strive to provide second to none service with minimal or no return jobs. Jobs are returned timeously and genuine parts fitted into faulty machines. We have employed seasoned and experienced IT Technicians who have certifications and are qualified in troubleshooting, fixing and servicing various brands and equipment i.e HP, Dell IBM, Acer. On Printers we supply, service, repair and have maintenance plans for all ranges of printers from, heavy duty printers all the way down to deskjet printers, plotters and photocopiers. Servers pose a business hazard if they go down as at times business comes to a halt. We thus have competent technicians who take care of your servers and advise you on the best preventative maintenance plans for your equipment to ensure minimal or zero downtime. Our technicians are qualified to work on all HP, Dell and IBM servers right up to the latest Blade servers. We will also troubleshoot and fix all other ICT equipment including Desktops, laptops, UPSs. OUTSOURCE Do you need reliable, skilled IT staff but do not want a full time engineer? We have flexible support contracts, both standard and customised to meet needs and requirements of customers, technical consultancy on enterprise projects requiring ICT infrastructure design, planning and implementation including networking (LAN and WAN), Data Centres and distributed client infrastructure.

5 We provide flexible and customised Service Level contracts for organisations requiring responsive and proffessional ICT infrastructure for critical ICT systems. Including after-hours support if required for mission-critical systems and infrastructure. Our SLA can be tailor made to suit the different environments and hardware infrastructure of the different organisations. NETWORKING We will do your physical layer network cabling, network design and installation which is done by certified networking technicians. New installations, point repairs, point relocations. We will also monitor and check your existing network for health and fitness and advise accordingly. We will also supply networking equipment like your switches, routers, cable and other items used in establishing and maintaining a network.

6 SALES & SUPPLY We boast of a qualified and experienced IT sales team which will advise you on the best equipment to buy to best suit your needs and provide you with the right business solutions for your type of business. We will supply and support servers, firewalls, notebooks / laptops, desktop computers, printers, monitors, network equipment, IP equipment, peripherals, consumables, UPS. We have managed to establish vendor relationships and strategic partnership thus allowing us to provide customised solutions at competitive prices. Quotes will be ed, faxed or phoned through to you free of charge, and any questions will be happily answered. SOFTWARE SUPPLY AND TROUBLESHOOTING Our qualified technicians will troubleshoot software problems. PSSC Microsoft s range of software. 13 Dear Sir / Madam RE: Delivery Period and Terms of Payment We are pleased to do business with you, our terms and conditions of sale are as follows. 1. Payments to all invoices for HT NETWORKING & TECHNOLOGY t/a PSSC can be made to: HT Networking & Technology T/A PSSC CABS, CENTRAL BRANCH ACCOUNT NO TRANSACTIONAL ACCOUNT 2. Validity the quotation is valid for a period of 90 days from date of quotation 3. Delivery of whole units is between 4 7 working days from date of receiving order i.e. if items are exstock and 24 hours if items are in stock. 4. In an event of a cancellation of an order after goods / services have been ordered, a handling fee of 20% of the value of goods or services plus any shipping costs arising will be charged against the client. 5. Payments for Spare Parts to be used in fixing client hardware are to be made up front unless prior arrangements are made with PSSC. 6. Labour charges on fixing Hardware are to be made upon client receiving an invoice from PSSC, or 14 days from date of invoice delivery. 7. If client is on an SLA contract, then Labour can be paid on or before 30 days from date of invoice delivery. 8. Any errors and omissions are Exempt It would highly be appreciated if you could register our company in your list of approved suppliers, for relevant business opportunities, so as to render our services to your esteemed selves in the foreseeable future.
