26 Work Completed SLA 14A: 98% OF Meters should have 1 reading (DSO or Customer)per year Invites Issued: To 5 suppliers No of suppliers met: 3 Format of sessions and location: Met at Supplier headquarters to discuss agreed agenda items 26 esbnetworks.ie

27 Work done by ESBN on an Ongoing Basis No access cards left by meter readers. 4 per year possibly One system generated letter after 12 months and another after 24 months At least 6 texts to customers annually if we have a mobile number LTNA lists sent to meter readers every two months and to suppliers quarterly After hours phoning and visits by readers to take-aways, pubs Seasonal initiatives around summer homes and pump-houses Liaising with Meter Ops/suppliers re market messages for de-energised/terminated properties. Special read request to local offices Direct contact with multi-site customers e.g Vodafone, Irish Rail, Irish Water, Co Councils, 3 mobile, Garda Siochana 27 esbnetworks.ie
