DECISION I have today decided to disclose the located information to you. Along with the actual contract information for the above can you also provide me with the maintenance and support contract associated with each of the categories above if it not already within the existing contract. For each of the categories above can you please provide me with the relevant contract information listed below: The MPS currently use SAP and Oracle software for the above processes. However on 30 July 2015, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) confirmed an agreement to contract with Shared Services Connected Limited (SSCL) under a Framework Agreement to provide back office support services to the MPS from their shared service platform. Services in scope of this decision are predominantly transactional and in the area of HR, Finance, Procurement, Payroll and their associated IT systems. From October 2016, there has been a transfer of services within MPS Finance, Procurement and HR to SSCL who will be responsible for these business processes in the future and they will determine how they will be provided. It is understood that SSCL will be using an Oracle system and that it is due to go live during the Summer replacing the current SAP and Oracle software that is used. Atos and Accenture are ICT outsourced providers to the MPS. In relation to this software their role is to manage the existing SAP and Oracle contracts and provide helpdesk services for MPS personnel using corporate systems. Going forward their role will be limited to providing helpdesk services. 1. Software Category: ERP, CRM, HR, Payroll, Finance The MPS currently use SAP and Oracle software.
