North Lincolnshire Council is a unitary authority with a population of over 169,000 What do I do? oi lead a team of GI development and support staff to provide services to the council to facilitate improvements and make savings. owe problem solve and make solutions happen, using and developing the best tool for the job. owe make data available to the authority that's ready to use and up to date

5 Business Problem Migration to Arcus Global Built Environment Data management was being performed manually Manual processes were slow and therefore costly Department was under increasing pressure from: o Decreasing departmental income o Reduction in staff numbers In short: we needed to get more from less

6 Requirements Solution needed to be able to: Consolidate data from Web Services, ArcGIS online, TAB/SHP, DXF,Revs & Bens, Salesforce Provide internal and external users with up to date information Manage cloud and on-premises system integration
