Upon project confirmation we will request 30% of the project value to get started We implement Bit Bucket source control technology and Trello to manage all project work items 4. We will set up a Trello board with all the project work items 5. We will set up Bit Bucket repository for the source code and documentation 6. Touch base daily with project updates by Phone / / Trello 7. Ensure we engage with regular demos 8. 20% due on project delivery day warranty period 10. Final 50% due 30 days after final delivery (warranty period)
