Most of the credit actually belongs to the detailed and thoughtful table of contents. This is logical and laid out the way I think, making it much better than just an index. This also makes it useful because most of us rarely work on this stuff in a linear manner. I was able to trouble shoot whatever issues I was having (most of my focus is on multi-factor authentication and RMS).
