Achieving Productivity and Usability Underwood Perkins, P.C. reached a crossroads with its legacy scanning kiosks. The Dallas-based law firm learned that the hardware that had been in use for years would no longer be supported, and with an additional need to integrate scanning into the firm s document management system, knew it was time to let go. Users can also easily route scans to other users via the LDAP lookup and since the platform can link to any scan enabled devices it makes it easy to manage. Convenient, easy to use interface: Users have one convenient, easy to understand interface for performing all scan jobs regardless of the scanning device.
