We are Partnering with Ariba to provide this solution and we will be covering all of the supplier related fees. You have been selected to participate in this new collaboration. This Platform will distribute purchase orders, create electronic document and ship notices. This will replace any current method you have with our GE divisions including other electronic tools for supplier collaboration or manual/paper processes SAP Ariba. All rights reserved. 5

A: A regular Internet connection and a web browser are the only requirements. Q: How do I register on the Ariba Network? A: Ariba and your buyer are contacting suppliers in phases during the rollout and will send you a Trading Relationship Request Letter when is it time to convert to the new process.
