Your reference field added for service contracts for Service management The Your reference field has been added under the Service Invoicing section on the Service: Contracts page. 2. Service activity and Criteria sections added on Service activities page for Service management The Service activity section has been added on the Service activities page. 3. Serial numbers for service activities displayed from Exact Synergy Enterprise and Exact Globe Next databases for Service management Serial numbers from both the Exact Synergy Enterprise and Exact Globe Next databases will be displayed at Serial number under the Material tab on the New activity page. 4. Service activity requests will display data of the divisions for Service management Several changes have been made for service activity requests. 5. Cost unit and Cost center fields added for Service management The Cost center and Cost unit fields have been added on several pages. General 1. Warranty check box for resource or material lines automatically selected based on start and end dates of serial numbers for Service management The Warranty check box for the resource or material lines on the service activity request page will be selected based on the start and end dates of the serial number of the configuration item that was selected in the resource or material line.

All search fields for service contracts can be added to Columns section for Service management All the fields on the Search: Service contracts page can be added under the Columns section. 6. Customize icon added for contracts for Service management The Customize icon has been added on the Service: Contracts page. 7. Fields and columns added to Service: Search Configurations page for Service management Several changes have been made on the Service: Search Configurations page. CRM Entry 1. Filtering of projects for users with CRM role A new field called Show has been added to the HRM: Settings page, under the new Visible projects for

New and enhanced features introduced in Word Merge More features have been added to the Word Merge application such as creating quotations in word merge, sending portal messages in word merge, single merging, bulk merging, and performaing batch printing on bulk merged documents via the Exact Synergy Enterprise Document Downloader. 2. New Person (or Natural Person) functionality introduced With the implementation of this new feature, namely Person (or Natural Person), business relationships are no longer limited to Business-to-Business (B2B) but have also been extended to the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) markets. 3. Search accounts based on tax numbers The Tax number field has been made available for you to allow instant access in searching for relevant accounts. This enhancement enables accounts to be searched accurately by matching tax numbers. PSA Entry 1. Entering hour and expense entries for non-members of projects You now have the option to allow or disallow people with the Hour entry or Project manager role to enter hour and expense entries for projects that they are not a member of. 2. Hours & expenses page enhanced Several changes have been made to improve the Hours & expenses page. 3. Plan multiple days page renamed and enhanced The Plan multiple days page has been renamed to Plan recurring.

Standard PSA request type definitions updated for new databases All standard PSA request type definitions will be updated for databases that are created from product update 250 onwards. Newly-introduced request types, which are Invoice proposal (request type ID = 109) and Week timesheet (request type ID = 110), will also be available for usage. 2. New logic in displaying of results for columns at WBS and budget lines The logic in the displaying of results for a few existing columns on the WBS lines and Project budget pages has been changed. 3. New fields added on project card Several new fields have been added on the project cards for the Time & material and Fixed project types. 4. Fields, pages, and tooltips renamed in Exact PSA The names of several fields, pages, and tooltips have been changed. 5. New function right introduced to enhance flexibility in Exact PSA processes A new Exact PSA function right has been introduced. The new function right describes one of the main processes of Exact PSA. 6. Performance improvements for Professional services automation features Performances for the Professional services automation features have been greatly improved. 7. Week timesheet feature introduced The Week timesheet feature has been introduced to allow project managers to easily track the activities of the consultants via the timesheets submitted. 8. Faster loading of results on the Sales invoices: Requests To be invoiced page

5 Page 5 of 11 A message will now be displayed on the Sales invoices: Requests - To be invoiced page if the search contains more than 750 results. Process 1. Enhancements to the work-in-progress feature Some enhancements have been made to the work-inprogress (WIP) feature. 2. Improved invoicing process The invoicing process has been improved to allow for more flexibility for larger organizations to manage their processes. 3. Project planning page enhanced Project managers can now experience a smoother interaction with the software when performing project planning. Exact Integration General 1. Entities can be selected in migration tool for Exact Integration The migration tool to map both the Exact Synergy Enterprise and Exact Globe GUID into a lookup table to solve the inconsistencies of the GUID has been enhanced. 2. Sector entity supported by Exact Integration The Sector entity has been added for Exact Integration. 3. Recoding of items now supported in Exact Integration Exact Integration now supports the process of recoding of items through the generic web service. General General 1. Exact Synergy Enterprise now supports hosted Exchange environment

Contacts search field is now available on the left menu You can create a contact person directly from the left menu, search for any contacts, or search for your own contacts easily. 3. Print documents with header The header is incorporated into the document print preview and will be automatically printed. 4. Changes in behavior for Log off hyperlink The behavior of the Log off hyperlink in Exact Synergy Enterprise for both the Pictorial and Textual interfaces has been changed. 5. Improvements in database conversion tool An additional step has been added to the database conversion tool for Exact Synergy Enterprise. This additional step provides an option for you to convert the database by using the selected database or a replicate of the selected database. 6. Changes in the Configuration Manager for Exact Globe Next A few changes can be seen in the Configuration Manager for Exact Globe Next, under the Exact Integration tab. 7. New settings to control the printing of documents using layouts As an administrator, you can now decide to allow or disallow users to print documents using the layout defined. To support this, the Document section has been added to the Preferences page under the Corporate (Settings) tab. 8. Add Exact Synergy Enterprise documents with attachments to Microsoft Outlook via Synergy Office Integration

Setup 1. Option to create demo database when updating Exact Synergy Enterprise You will now have an option to download a demo database when updating your Exact Synergy Enterprise. CMDM General 1. Changes to applicants and vacancies for Central Master Data Management (CMDM) Several changes have been made to Central Master Data Management (CMDM) for applicants, such as applicant and vacancy information will not be migrated, and the Divisions section on the HRM: Applicant maintenance page has been removed. 2. Parent account validations skipped during synchronization Changes have been made in the Central Master Data Management (CMDM) engine in such a way that it skips the parent account validations during data synchronization from Exact Synergy Enterprise to Exact Globe Next. System Entry 1. Allocation of range of numbers for function rights Ranges of numbers have been allocated for the codes for various function rights. General 1. New fields and check box added on System : Back office connection page

8 Page 8 of 11 The Fixed backoffice credentials check box, Back office (User name) field, and Back office (Password) field have been added on the System : Back office connection page. 2. New setting to control the viewing of Person (Specific) documents of delegated users A new setting has been introduced to control the viewing of Person (Specific) documents (with security level 100) of a person whom you have delegated to. Updates to past releases CRM 1. Product Updates 250 and 249: Filtering of projects for users with CRM role A new field called Show has been added to the HRM: Settings page, under the new Visible projects for users with the CRM role section. General 1. Product Updates 251, 250, 249, 248, and 247: Detailed information hyperlink introduced on standard error message pages A Detailed information hyperlink has been added to the standard error message page that is displayed when a runtime error occurs. PSA 1. Product Updates 251, 250, and 249: Enhancements on the Hours & expenses page Planned hours will now be displayed in blue under the Non-project hours section as well as at the pop-ups under the Project hours section on the Hours & expenses page. A few other enhancements have also been done on the same page. 2. Product Updates 250 and 249: User permission required to update WBS and budget rates when project rates are modified When a user modifies a project rate, the message, Apply this rate to all WBS/budget lines? with the option to click Yes or No will be displayed. 3. Product Update 249: Relevant WBS filtering introduced in Exact PSA requests

9 Page 9 of 11 When the Use deliverables & WBS check box is selected on the project card and the PSA settings are defined correctly, the relevant filters will be used for the related Hour planning & realization, Material & expenses, Travel expenses, Invoicing term, and Capacity planning & realization requests. 4. Product Update 249: New Time interval setting introduced for Exact PSA Users are now allowed to enter time and a period for invoice in variable intervals of 6, 10, 15, or without rounding. With this enhancement, two time entry formats, hours and minutes (HH:MM) and hour decimal (H.DD) have been introduced for all time-related pages. Additionally, mouse over tooltips have also been added to display the conversion of time entry fields to hours and minutes. 5. Product Updates 249 and 248: Field renamed in Professional services automation: Settings page On the Professional services automation: Settings page, under the Other settings section, the Fixed billing period field has been renamed to Default invoicing term item. 6. Product Update 249: Activities or materials added automatically to activities and material lists When a user adds an activity or material to a work breakdown structure (WBS) or budget line, the item will be automatically added to the activities and material list for the project when the user adds an item on the Project activities & material page via the project card. 7. Product Update 249: Features for Internal type projects in Exact PSA enhanced The features for Exact PSA projects of the Internal type have been enhanced to ensure the features reflect the nature of an Internal type project. 8. Product Update 249: New fields added to Plan multiple days and Plan timeframe pages Two new fields, WBS line and Budget line have been added to the Plan multiple days and Plan timeframe pages. The fields have been added under the General section of the Plan multiple days and Plan timeframe pages.

10 Page 10 of Product Update 248: Defined rates with four-digit precision displayed with two-digit precision Defined rates with precision of four digits will now be displayed with two-digit precision to maintain standardization with Exact Synergy Enterprise. The enhancement will affect the Project rates, WBS line, and Budget line pages. 10. Product Updates 251, 250, and 249: Processing Hour planning and realization requests (without cost registration) in Exact Synergy Enterprise The processing of Hour planning and realization requests that do not require cost registration can now be performed in Exact Synergy Enterprise. 11. Product Updates 251, 250, and 249: Cost unit values can be exported to Exact Globe Next The value at Cost unit is exported when invoice proposals created in Exact Synergy Enterprise is exported to Exact Globe Next. 12. Product Updates 251, 250, and 249: Project budget lines exported based on Enable intercompany & work in progress transactions setting When exporting project budget lines from Exact Synergy Enterprise to Exact Globe Next, the respective general ledger account information is retrieved based on the Enable intercompany & work in progress transactions check box setting. Service Management 1. Product Update 249: Service configuration supports multiple active service contracts for Service Management Multiple active service contracts with the same period can be supported by the same service configuration. All the service contracts that are linked to the service configuration item will be displayed in the Agreement column under the Configurations tab on the service activity page. 2. Product Update 249: Quarterly and Half yearly options added to Invoice frequency for Service management The Quarterly and Half yearly options have been

Product Update 249: Your reference field will be synchronized to Exact Globe Next for Service management If the Your reference field is defined in the service request definition in Exact Synergy Enterprise, the Your reference field will also be displayed in the service order in Exact Globe Next. Workflow 1. Product Update 249: Workflow: Search Requests page filtered according to related WBS or budget line When a user clicks the View requests icon under the Actions column on the Activities & material or Project budget page, the Workflow: Search Requests page will now be filtered to display only requests that are linked to the related WBS or budget line. HRM Entry 1. Filtering records by cost center group in several HRM reports Searching for vacancies, contracts, and applicants are made easier with the ability to filter the records and group the records by cost center group. Document General 1. Easy access to top 10 recently created document types Creating documents is now more convenient with the introduction of a new section named Recently created.
