4 Firearms Trade-In Management Seamlessly manage Firearms Trade-in through POS. Microsoft Creates the Firearm in your database with the information you provide. Microsoft will automatically create an item look-up code and list the Firearm in your offline inventory in which can be managed by staff that will inspect the firearm. Once inspected it can be moved to sellable inventory. Mark Trade-ins as Consignment or NFA. These will be referenced in the Bound Book in the event of an audit. When taking in a trade-in you can select to have the drawer open to remove cash or check from the drawer to pay the owner for the firearm, or add the credit being given for the Firearm to a new purchase. Add Transaction notes that can be viewed on the Firearm after trade-in for example large scratch in Barrel.

5 Firearms Repair Management Check-in firearm repairs through POS, Microsoft will create the item and add it to a work order after the information is entered and continue is clicked. Item is added to a Work Order and the appropriate deposit is charged. Items and services needed for the repair can then be added and a transaction can be created when the customer returns to pick up the Firearm. The Acquisition and Disposition of the repaired Firearms are automatically logged in the Bound Book.

6 Item and Picture Drilldown Item and Picture Drilldown enables rapid location and selection of items at the point of sale using a touchscreen or mouse. Start at department level and drill down to categories and items, sub-categories and items and unlimited levels below. Optionally word search for items. Enter quantity and add items to the POS transaction. Quickly add pictures to any buttons at any level. Firearms Rental Rent, reserve and sell from the same POS screen.
