Available in three levels of service - Platinum, Gold and Silver - hardware is refreshed and replaced depending on your choice of programs. Also included is OCU repair, helpdesk, enterprise asset management, and a No Lemon Guarantee. Health Checks By optimizing the performance of your assets you can reduce downtime and provide you clear recommendations for improvement. All Health Checks include Customized Inspections and High-Level Troubleshooting and Repair Our field services teams use a comprehensive checklist customized to your equipment and specific application. Service technicians use this checklist, on site, to ensure that your equipment is properly installed, are in good working order, and are operating with the maximum efficiency and reliability. Any repairs that can be completed on site, are performed. Comprehensive Health Check Report Following the visit, you are provided with a comprehensive report detailing all inspections conducted, repairs performed, and recommendations for improvement. If your equipment is warranted, Laird will schedule repairs on any eligible equipment. Periodic Field Service Agreements A shortage of skilled technicians can impact any business. Our Periodic Field Service Agreement allows you to schedule on site visits from our field service technicians to ensure your systems are running properly and regular repair and maintenance needs are covered. Training We understand that training can be the difference between efficient, safe operations and costly accidents. Laird offers training for both system operators and in-house repair teams ensuring your team is ready for first-responder repairs. System Orientation classes are customized for the equipment you have installed and are designed as an introduction to the first-time user or as a review. System-Level Troubleshooting classes are hands-on training for troubleshooting and repair of all the components in Laird systems. The classes are designed for on-site repair technician and operations teams.

Standard Warranty Laird provides a one year warranty for electronic printed circuit assemblies and 90 days for wear and tear items like switches, antennae, harnesses, and belts, for most products, as long as the equipment is used in the manner it was intended for and it has not be modified from its original state.
