1 Glossary Sl.No Terminology Description 1 Client The direct consumer and beneficiary of a health service (for example patient, women, man, child) 2 Frontline Health Worker Typically community-level health workers who have direct contact with the clients on a regular basis and who are working outside of the health facility (e.g., Accredited Social Health Activists, Female Health Workers, Field Health Assistants, volunteers, etc.). 3 Skilled Provider This category includes nurses, auxiliary nurse or midwifes (ANMs), doctors and other clinically trained primary health practitioners or those who may see referral patients at specialty clinics 4 Supervisor These are individuals who manage and monitor the performance of frontline health workers and may be appointed on a local, district, regional or national level. Definitions of each response column Sl.No Terminology Description 3 Mandatory The functionality is necessary for core operation of the Reproductive Health Registry. Without this functionality, the system would not operate. Example: Ability to client registration and tracking. 2 Needed Having this functionality would expand, enhance, or support the operations of Reproductive Health Registry to fully achieve the benefits of the system. However, in their absence, the system could function. Example: Built-in functionality for statistical analysis 1 Useful to have Having this functionality would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health registry. Example: Built-in GIS functionality 0 Not Necessary Having this functionality would not affect or improve in any operation of health registry. Example: GPS tracking of hospital ambulance 1
