BIMS allows you to manage your batch plant processes with greater effiency The Batch Information Management System provides batch plant reporting, trending, production tracking, condition monitoring, and quality analysis information. In addition, the system includes plant-wide information management functions, which contain the management of recipies and dosing parameters. The BIMS provides a userfriendly web browser based analysis and reporting user interface for production information, alarm and event monitoring and quality analysis, preventive maintenance support and production effiency monitoring. Most reports are graphs - histograms, columns, time scales or pie charts. Each report enables filtering, sorting, grouping, different printing modes etc. The reports are interactive allowing an easy change between different views.
