4 New Invoice Summary Page and Updated Billing Summary Page We listened to feedback from you -- our monthly invoiced advertisers and can now provide you with a comprehensive and current financial view of your AdWords account We re excited to introduce a new Invoice Summary page and an updated Billing Summary page in your AdWords account The following pages detail the exciting new changes that will help you navigate through your account. And please remember.. If you haven t already, make sure that your finance manager / Accounts Payable department can view your billing details by ensuring they have access to your AdWords account Google Confidential and Proprietary 4

5 Different UI Views: My Account Tab vs. Billing Tab If your account has been migrated to the new AdWords interface, you ll see the first view below when you log into your account, otherwise you ll see the bottom view. New AdWords interface: Click to expand the tab sub-menu to access the Invoice and Billing Summary pages. 6 New Invoice Summary Amount due Invoice Summary Amount due = sum of unpaid Invoiced costs (costs which you have already been charged) Google Confidential and Proprietary 6

7 The New Invoice Summary Page displays payments, invoices and amount due Amount due See invoice due dates and the number of days past due See all your payments and when they were received Campaign Type icons (Note TV available in US only) What you still owe Google Confidential and Proprietary 7

8 On the New Invoice Summary Page, you can.... Download soft copies of invoices in pdf form by clicking on the Inv.# Scan Payment Applied Date to see when payment was received or click it to sort by date Click to view unpaid invoices Click to view past due invoices Google Confidential and Proprietary 8

9 Updated Billing Summary Current balance Billing Summary Current balance = sum of Invoice Summary Amount due + Uninvoiced costs (costs you have not yet been billed for) Google Confidential and Proprietary 9

10 On the Updated Billing Summary Page, you can.... View your Amount Due and your Current Balance Hide months you don t need to see Select a daily or monthly view Payments and Adjustments are displayed Google Confidential and Proprietary 10

11 On the Billing Summary Page, you can reconcile your campaign activities with certain charges 1. Click Campaign activity link to view details 2. Activity view displays cost per activity. For example, the 44 clicks for snow accessories cost $24.47 Google Confidential and Proprietary 11
