1 Feature Guide Home Page provides you with the tools you need to support your employees with benefit and claim questions, manage eligibility information, track spending and plan performance, manage finances and plan for health benefit expenditures. As a access to some or all of these tools. Use this Getting To Know Guide to help you become familiar with how to locate the features available to you. Home Page Stay on top of current information such as new product offerings and enhancements. Get answers to commonly asked questions. The Home page is the default page that you land on each time you log in to. My Profile Update your phone number address, or change your password. For users that have access to multiple clients, change your default client setting. Site Utilities Use the Security Administration feature which allows you to delegate access to other users both internal and external. Secure Messages Send messages with sensitive data to your CIGNA contacts. Employee Support Page Access a variety of applications which may include: View Employee Information, Employee Enrollment and Maintenance and Member Materials. Reports & Statistics Page Access a variety of reporting applications. Choose Another Client If you have access to data for more than one client, the Choose Another Client dropdown box will appear. Select the client name/ client ID that you want to view information for before you go into a specific application. Use My Profile to change your default client setting a 07/08 1

View Employee Information Access member-level benefit information and paid claim information, and print temporary ID cards. Depending on your role, your company s funding type and whether your company has elected to view Personal Health Information (PHI), you may not have access to claim information. Popular Links and More Information Get access to commonly used items such as standard claim forms. Employee Enrollment & Maintenance You can enroll new employees and make changes to eligibility information. All changes are real-time, resulting in immediate updates to the CIGNA eligibility system. Access the User Guide and FAQ documents within this application for more detailed information on how to use this feature. Member Materials View Member Materials such as member handbooks, Benefit Booklets and Certificates. 2

3 Feature Guide Reports & Statistics Page Reports & Statistics Features The Reports & Statistics Page provides you with access to a variety of reports and reporting tools to assist you with benefit administration. As a access to some or all of these tools. Contact Us If you need help, Contact Us will tell you who to call. Banking Reports View up-to-date Banking Reports including Worksheets, Bank Reports, Check Registers and Claim Refunds. If you are a client that has a CIGNA Choice Fund Health Savings Account, you can also view a Payroll Funding Detail Report and Account Status Summary Report. CIGNA Express Depending on your membership level, you may also have access to this tool that enables you to perform multidimensional utilization analysis and drilldown capability on several dimensions for a more focused view of data. View the User Guide within this application for more detailed information on how to use this feature. Eligibility Reports Use the Eligibility Reporting Tool to easily request reports containing up-to-date information from the CIGNA eligibility system just click on the Request Report link to get started. Use the View Automated Eligibility Reports link to access and download user-friendly electronic eligibility file fallout reports and key file processing metrics. Access the User Guide and FAQ documents within these applications for more detailed information on how to use these features. 3

Reports you may have access to include: Financial Experience, Claims in Excess of $25,000 and Lag reports. Health Care Trend and Cost Reports Conveniently access the information you need to assess your plan s performance with utilization management reports. View the User Guide within this application for more detailed information on how to use this feature. Consumer Fund Reports If you have a CIGNA Choice Fund medical product, view HRA and FSA fund reports on a monthly basis. 4
