4 Resolved Issues In addition to the list below, SP2 also includes all fixes up to and including SP1. Administrator and Technical Updates TFS: The Module Security drop-down list now shows only Payroll and Timesheet when HR is not activated for the profile. TFS: The Reconnection window now displays successfully after there is a disconnection issue. TFS: You can now successfully backup and restore a repository, and run and complete the profile wizard, on a DB2 database after upgrading from Hubble (Oracle EBS ERP Only) TFS: Grants have been updated to the EBS Database Script to reflect the fact that the AP_INVOICES_UTILITY_PKG is now used instead the AP_INVOICES_PKG. TLS-15 - Hubble now launches successfully on Windows 10 with.net of and C Budgeting and Planning Updates TFS: Use of Time Series, Selectors and Ledger Types filtering will no longer cause a conflict in Budgeting. After you exit the Budget Activity dialog, the Ledger Type entry will be checked and will only be added to the filter selection if it is not already present in any form. TFS: You will no longer receive a Primary Key error when upgrading Budgeting databases when the Approver Group ID/Approver ID/Contributor ID are the same. TFS: / TLS Apply Model will no longer result in incorrect decimals being displayed when the Italian language option is set. TFS: Apply Model will now return the correct values for calculations in a model that refer to fields in Hubble. (Oracle EBS ERP Only) TFS: You will no longer receive an error when you input a value of more than 15 characters. (JD Edwards ERP Only) TFS: After upgrading, budget data will now display correctly when the Hubble repository and budgeting repository are associated with a World/DB2 profile. (JD Edwards ERP Only) TFS: / JIRA: HU ISBUDGETDATA4 records now display correctly in the grid when the Hubble repository and budgeting repository are associated with a World/DB2 profile. (JD Edwards ERP Only) TFS: / TLS-37 - When clicking the Add Participant button after upgrading Hubble, you will no longer receive the 'query exceeds specified time limit or storage limit' SQL error. (JD Edwards ERP Only) TFS: / TLS-59 - Multiple users are now able to simultaneously upload their budgets to JD Edwards without receiving the ' FILE in use' error. Page 1

5 General Updates General Updates TFS: You can select multiple nodes in a hierarchy and change their position by clicking the down arrow. TFS: In a DX inline report, when an amount calculation has Execute for Totals set, but it references another amount calculation that does not have Execute for Totals set, the calculation precedence set for the report is applied and the correct results are displayed. TFS: You can now remove any column on a report that no longer exists in the underlying table or view. TFS: You will no longer receive an exception error when right-clicking on a calculated column and selecting 'What's This'. When 'What's This' is now selected for a column, validation is carried out on the conditions of the calculation so that only registered columns are returned (i.e. that appear in the More Columns dialog). TFS: Filters that include the not Equal To condition that are read-only (e.g. MCU) no longer lose that condition when visual assist is locked. TFS: Selections for filters with Not Equal in a target report are no longer being replaced; drilling down now works as expected when a target Business Unit filter is set to not equal. TFS: The Export to Excel, PDF, Word, Save As, and other buttons added to the Quick Access Toolbar are now preserved between Hubble sessions. TFS: You can now successfully drill down to linked reports in Object Accounts that are not present in the F0901 table (e.g. you can input '>49' in the Object Account filter when 49 is not a valid Object Account). TFS: A warning message is now displayed when moving objects between RIO folders, notifying the user that subscriptions will be lost and will need to be re-assigned after the move. TFS: Once a column is removed from the grid, the associated filter will now remain deactivated after a user switches to the Console Preview and back again. TFS: You will no longer receive an exception error when logging into Hubble after a Hubble upgrade when the F0009 Data is null. TFS: Calculations can now be removed without triggering an exception error. TFS: The Arabic text format now displays correctly in the report grid. TFS: After upgrading from , conditional calculations with a hierarchy are now correctly display in the calculation dialog, and no longer trigger an error when they are edited. TFS: DX reports with User Defined Captions for the Value fields (such as CE** and IT**) are now correctly saved and work as expected. TFS: Chinese and Japanese characters are now available and display correctly in the report grid. TFS: The Save As Template function now saves new templates in the same session without the need to log out. TFS: DX reports now save Time Series values once created and saved. TFS: Fixed dates no longer reformat when you close a calculation on standard and DX reports. Also, errors are no longer received when using fixed dates in general, or in a conditional calculation. TFS: Calculations with conditions over hierarchy nodes now work successfully when a hierarchy is based on two or more fields. TFS: Arabic now correctly displays from right to left in Excel and PDF outputs. Page 2

TFS: A special transition was created that will pass the Aging Variables Report Start Date and End Date to the Drill To Report that has the same Aging Calculation defined. This is available in both standard reports and DX reports. TFS: After you add or remove fields using the Column, Sorting, and Grouping dialog, the column order of the report is no longer changed. TFS: Reports that contain calculations with substrings now open successfully. TFS: You will no longer receive an error when opening or running a standard or DX report that contains a comment column in a conditional calculation. TFS: Virtual Views can now be used in Explorer without triggering an error. TFS: / TLS Row Spacing in the hierarchy format now works correctly. TFS: / TLS Label indenting in the hierarchy format now works correctly. TFS: / TLS Filter operands (e.g. less than, greater than) now correctly function as they did in earlier Hubble releases. TFS: / TLS-96 - Modeling now functions correctly in conjunction with time series when the period year is not the same as the selected period year in the Year filter. TFS: / TLS-88 - Hubble now uses the profile's Account ID join settings when Missing Balances is enabled for a report. TFS: / TLS On a DX or standard report, you can now successfully create conditions and calculations that use the same table, and run the report without receiving the, Aggregations that use columns from more than one table are not supported. error. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: GL Balances now correctly retrieves records from F44H301 and correctly returns data once alternate joins for F44H501 and F44H301 have been defined under the Configurator tab. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: GL Balances now correctly records from F44H401 and correctly returns data once alternate joins for F44H501 and F44H401 have been defined under the Configurator tab. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: When drilling down to GL Transactions from the GL Balances, the correct Fiscal Date Pattern associated to the company is now used. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: For GL Balances, the F44H201 columns are now displayed in the grid after being added in Columns, Sorting, and Grouping dialog. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: You can now make left outer joins to the F44H401 on any Balances templates and receive the correct records. (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: The Restatement Exchange Rates dialog now displays the correct data after the Exchange Rate button is clicked. Page 3

7 Scheduler Updates (JD Edwards ERP Only) GL: TFS: / Temporary tables are now capturing the right 8 characters in line with the standard join for the F0902 left outer subledger type join. (JD Edwards ERP Only) JC: TFS: / TLS-8 - In the Job Cost Balances template, you will no longer receive an error regarding the Exact Job / First Cost Type for the Cost Code Description. (Oracle EBS ERP Only) AP: TFS: Regarding the Live AP Trial Balance Template R12, the Amount values are now available to select in Calculations>More Functions>Type = Subtotal>Select Column to Subtotal filter. (Oracle EBS ERP Only) HR: TFS: In the Annual Leave Detail template, Absence Days and Absence Hours are now calculated when Absence End Date is blank. (Oracle EBS ERP Only) PA: TFS: A new alternate join has been created for the PA Expenditure Analysis Template for PA_PROJECTS_ALL.carrying_out_organization_id, joined to the same field on the HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS table. Scheduler Updates / TLS Scheduler now replaces just the worksheet/tab associated with a Report. It no longer overwrites entire workbooks. TFS: / TLS-3 - A Scheduled Task will now run on the day defined after the task is edited. TFS: / TLS You will no longer receive the System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary. error when running Scheduler reports for which this error is not applicable.
