Pipeline Engineering s pipeline pigging and flow assurance expertise, combined with PE Solutions project management and engineering consultancy services, enables us to offer specialist pigging and flow assurance services to oil, gas and process industries around the world. Refinery Pipework PE Solutions develops unique solutions for specific pipeline pigging and flow assurance requirements using specially developed and built cleaning pigs and expertise in production cleaning. PE Solutions manages a wide range of pipeline cleaning projects at all stages of a pipeline s operational life. Pig Retrieval and Inspection

4 Special Pig Design, Testing and Production Special Pigs Specially built pigs to meet the exact requirements of individual pipelines Pipeline Engineering is recognised worldwide for its range of pipeline pigs which includes foam pigs, mandrel pigs, solid polyurethane pigs and spheres. Engineering expertise in PE Solutions enables us to design and build Special Pigs to meet the exact requirements of individual pipelines. This is achieved through detailed analysis of the issues, bespoke design and prototyping and final production of pigs to provide the solution. Computer Aided Design State of the art CAD design capability allows PE Solutions to develop special pig designs. Prototyping & Trialling Prototype pigs are tested in our purpose built test loops to allow further refinement to enhance performance. Special Pigs Assembly / Manufacturing Based on proving trials, designs are transferred to our computer aided manufacturing system for manufacture and assembly. Quality components are utilised throughout, including our own Omnithane polyurethanes, specifically developed for the pipeline pigging industry.
