23 Agile Project Performance QA is part of the sprint Points do not count at all if a PBI is not completely done (including development, testing, fixing bugs, and validating fixes) Velocity fluctuates based on holidays, resources, sustaining.
24 Working within our Governance Process Scheduled gates to match up with sprint completion Corporate beta overlap sprint 11 and 12 using sprint 10 product RTM Process after completing stabilization sprint # During RTM period the team completed documentation of their code Stakeholder demo every 2 sprints No separate sustaining team, so need to handle production issues and manage building new features in same team. Strain on velocity.
