Since its launch, we have received positive feedback about its breadth of capabilities and easy to use layout. This online banking platform will deliver the power and convenience you need to manage all your banking needs more quickly, easily and securely. This packet provides additional important information to help you transition to your new platform. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? Your online banking system is being upgraded to the new businessbridgepremier. Please contact us for your upgrade date. NEW CREDENTIALS will be sent to you and your online banking users address on file the week prior to the date provided above. Please check your or contact us for your new credentials prior to logging in. SAVE AND RETAIN all transaction history and other important information from your businessbridge online banking as soon as possible. If needed, please contact us for the date in which your access and all information stored on the businessbridge platform will be unavailable. WHAT STEPS SHOULD YOU TAKE? SHARE AND REVIEW all upgrade information with other online banking users so they are ready for the transition. ENSURE you continue to have the required IBM Security Trusteer Rapport software installed on all computers used to access online banking to help protect against financial fraud losses. We value your business and want to upgrade you with our latest technology businessbridge Premier, a new online banking platform with added features and benefits. 2. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR THIS UPGRADE? 1. Review the attached important information. 2. Share this communication and other information with all online banking users. 3. AFTER MY UPGRADE DATE, CAN I CONTINUE USING MY CURRENT ONLINE BANKING BUSINESSBRIDGE PLATFORM? There are numerous enhancements in businessbridgepremier. Below is a brief list. User-friendly design Convenient user administration functions Enhanced payment approval options Enhanced security Customizable reports No, the current platform (businessbridge) will be phased out and will no longer be available. We re confident that this upgrade will enhance your overall online banking experience. Starting on your specified upgrade date, your primary online banking site will be businessbridgepremier. Transactions (ACH, internal transfers and stop payments) should be performed only on this new platform. For your convenience, your businessbridge online banking platform will remain available for a short duration. Please refer to the dates provided on the introduction letter of this packet. Access and all information stored will no longer be available as of that date. You can potentially transact on both platforms from your upgrade date until your access to businessbridge platform terminates. Be careful to transact only on one platform. 6. WILL MY ONLINE BANKING FEES CHANGE? Your current businessbridge pricing will remain in place through the end of For your reference, enclosed in this packet is the businessbridgepremier fee schedule. 3 STEPS TO LOG IN Utilize these steps to login in on or after your specified upgrade date. LOGGING IN On or after your upgrade date, start signing into your new online banking platform businessbridge Premier. Step 1: visit Step 2: Click on the Business Tab Step 3: Select businessbridge Premier Note: If you access businessbridge via shortcuts (desktop shortcuts, browser s favorite or bookmarks), please save this new online banking platform to your bookmarks. Your current saved favorites will not redirect you to the new site. LOGIN INFORMATION New online banking credentials will be sent to your the week prior to your upgrade date. You will be prompted to change your password at your initial login. If you do not sign in to the new platform within 14 calendar days of your upgrade date, you will need to contact Customer Service at , option 4, to reset your password. SECURITY QUESTIONS Upon your first login you will be prompted to answer new security questions. We strongly recommend downloading Trusteer Rapport with administrative rights. This will ensure: You have the most up to date software to help combat online fraud Minimize delays with accessing your new online banking Note: If you have previously installed Trusteer Rapport with limited PC Administrative rights, we recommend you to reinstall the software with administrative rights to avoid delays when accessing your new online banking. If you need any additional information please contact us ACCOUNT HISTORY Print or export any account history for your internal reconcilement needs EXPORTING ACCOUNT HISTORY* DEPOSIT TICKETS, DEPOSITED CHECKS AND ISSUED CHECK IMAGES Print or export any account history for your internal reconcilement needs Quicken, Money and HTML formats are no longer supported N/A Six (6) months of account history prior to your upgrade date is automatically available If you export your account information or import account activities into an accounting software, you will need to create a new export profile format For assistance with QuickBooks (QBO), please contact your Quickbooks support representative N/A Six (6) months of deposit tickets, checks deposited and issued check images, prior to your upgrade date, are automatically available STOP PAYMENT For your internal reconcilement needs, print any stop payment details from the View Stop Payment Activity page INTERNAL TRANSFERS ESTATEMENT For your internal reconcilement needs, print any internal transfer details from the Transfer History page Transfer History in this platform will not be moved to the new platform Recurring transfers in your current platform: o Will continue until access terminates o Will not be moved to the new platform Cancel your recurring transfers prior to your upgrade date Your stop payment history is searchable in the new platform You can potentially transact on both platforms until your businessbridge platform s access terminates o Be careful to only transact on one platform o Please review your account activities to ensure there are no duplicates The same accounts you currently use to create transfers will automatically be moved as authorized accounts to the new platform Recreate recurring and any future dated transfers on the new platform N/A Please reenroll into estatements to continue receiving paperless statements Letter Reference: BBPremier Actions V

All users on your online banking platform will be moved to the new platform To avoid any potential delays and ensure accuracy of access and system settings remain as needed for your company s requirements, it is important to allocate time to review your online banking settings and user entitlements (including approvals and limits) o System administration features and functions (create new users, reset passwords, access to system audit reports, and etc.) are an all-inone entitlement in the new platform o System administrators will continue to have full access in the new platform o Other users entitled with system administrative functions will be moved over without those functions o After review you may add the all-in-one system administrative functions to any user based on company/user needs System administrators will continue to support users with passwords and profile maintenances Please review user addresses and ensure it is updated for automated security notifications and password reset function All users will follow the same steps to login (refer to Steps to Login & General System Requirements sections in this packet) The new platform offers different user administration approvals, access entitlements, and limits options.
