Choose what sections within the application each user can access, what actions they can perform, or what group(s) they should belong to.

7 Compatible Compatibility DOMA ekdb is cross-browser compatible*. Data/documents can be accessed from any browser. *DIA ( scanning component) uses a Microsoft owned software and is only supported in IE.

8 Task Management Console (TMC) DOMA platform includes automation tools such as workflow the ability to build tasks and work assignments with rules and deadlines. Work flow Workflow tasks are controlled and assigned based on user profiles and groups. Quality Assurance (QA) can also be enabled as part of workflow

9 Data Recognition DOMA ekdb supports barcode recognition for document classification, indexing and separation and well as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for data and document classification Data Recognition

10 Support DOMA Wiki DOMA Support DOMA ekdb has a dynamic help/manual/ tool page with information describing what things are, and how they work. It also gives examples, and walks the user through the steps of how to do different tasks/ processes within the system. Users can always contact our own internal IT specialists. Our IT team manages your specific DOMA ekdb site based on incoming tickets via , phone call, real time chat or web-forms.
