2 CR2 Solution: BankWorld Agent Solution BankWorld Agent Solution is a flexible and customisable agency banking solution designed to help you meet your business challenges. BankWorld Agent Solution is seamlessly integrated with the BankWorld platform, to enable you to provide your customers with a consistent user experience at every touch point. BankWorld Agent Solution BankWorld Agent Solution is a low-bandwidth agent web interface where agents of your bank can carry out transactions such as bill presentment, bill payment for utility or school fee payments and transfers on behalf of customers. Bank agents can use 3G- or mobile web-enabled tablets or PC or laptop computers to access the BankWorld Agent Solution. Existing customers can automatically access a wide range of transactions through the bank agent. Non-customers can access a limited range of transactions including domestic remittance. Should unbanked customers wish to access more services on the Agent Solution, they can simply visit the branch to open an account after which they can access the full range of transactions available through your bank agents. A non-exhaustive list of BankWorld Agent Solution features Agent transactions Bank agents can access an agent web interface where they can perform transactions on behalf of existing customers including bill payment, Money Voucher purchase, funds transfer and much more. Your bank can choose dierent levels of transactions access for dierent agents at your preference. For unbanked customers, your bank can authorise a certain category of agent to perform domestic remittance services using the agent s own account. User authentication BankWorld Agent Solution is built on the BankWorld Server and encompasses all the security of the BankWorld solution. Your bank can choose from a wide range of authentication mechanisms to verify the user is an authorised user. For example, your bank could choose from a password-based, digital certificate-based or electronic ID-based scheme to authenticate the user. Low bandwidth BankWorld Agent Solution requires low bandwidth enabling it to deliver a full range of functionalities even in areas where high capacity internet is not available. Reports Your bank can have access a set of reports to allow you see agent activity over any particular period. You can also choose to allow agents see reports online from the report server or have them sent via .
