Having access to all Supplier s vaults would make our life easier and would save space and time for us to ask, collect and file all relevant documents from our suppliers. I have so many outstanding documents to collect from suppliers, if only they would send it or then have a Vault system where I can see it. We have systems and filing in place but we desperately need a central point where we can find supplier documents like COA s, Halaal certificates, organic cert., food safety certificates, audit reports, import export permits, health certificates, product specifications, labels, micro reports, customer complaints, corrective action reports etc. I really hope that suppliers will start using Vault before it is necessary for us to implement or enforce it. We have gone this route with a company called Limelight Software who offer a system that allows for all COA s to be generated digitally and automatically stored in an online vault where clients can access them along with MSDS s and other routine documents. We see fantastic value in being able to access all the COA s and MSDS s for the products we purchase from you online as well. This will save us and you our supplier having to keep sending paper copies or ing these documents which is difficult to manage and keep track of for both parties.
